The apartment is comfortable but I would add a luggage rack in one of the wardrobes and a night stand lamp. Overall great stay. Studio is downtown, major attractions and union station on walking distance, making getting around very easy!

It was exactly downtown! So it was really easy to get places. The elevator was really small and because it was almlst 70 floors high it was a pain getting up to the 50th floor.

They make u pay cash for the person waiting to give u a key, when it is outlined in the check in details that u can pick up the key at a near by restaurant. Its not a door with a code entry on the knob. Also charged me 450$ free for a burn mark in the room that i never made. Full of unexpected fees, beware, might be a scam?

Stay was okay. We had to do laundry to have dish cloths. I know we did the early check in, which we paid extra for, but having to do the previous quest laundry? Also think you should have a couple of suitcase racks as there’s no dresser. A suitcase rack would of been nice. Shower curtain should be replaced or cleaned. The front section is dirty. Adam the caretaker was very friendly, helpful, he is a great asset to your accommodation. We would recommend this to our friends

Well-located & clean. Cable service was spotty for watching tv.

View is amazing but: lot of noice. we payed for cleaning service but it wasn’t clean. I supposed it’cleaned by renters. No service. Just an email, and texto, no map to find easily the parking. Impossible after you payed to have service. I asked many time for a receipt after. Never received a response. No confort. Interior design well. Doubtful sheets: not ironed... you payed for view and location that’s it and every renter is responsible to clean the place for the next one.

This condo is in the perfect downtown location within walking distance to Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Steam Whistle Brewery, Ripleys Aquarium and more. Building was secure and communication with the host was excellent. Underground parking included in the overall price was a huge bonus. The cleaners could have done a better job and the condo definitely needs new towels. All in all a great location making getting around on foot a breeze.

First of all, it was very hard to get into. There's a lot of construction going on around it and the lockbox was "broken" so the entry procedures were different than the instructions. When we finally figured it out, the location was great, as we were going to the arena. It was EXTREMELY foggy both at night and during the day, so the view was pretty insignificant. (No fault of anyone's) The place looks A LOT bigger than it actually is. The bathroom is basically a small walkway between the bedroom and entry. JUST a sink, toilet and bathtub with a curtain. Not even a counter to put your toothbrush on. The shower curtain attacks you when the hot water comes on. The bedroom is barely big enough to for the actual bed and the space to walk around it with ONE night stand. No TV or dressers, or anything. Great view from the window in good weather. There's a real need for tables or something to set your stuff on. It's very clean.

We had an absolutely lovely time.

This place is amazing! Very clean and cozy. 2 min walk to union station and easy access to public transit. Excellent for anyone who is in town to catch a ball game, hockey game or concert. Pretty much anything for that matter. It’s close proximity to union station makes it an excellent home base to explore anywhere in the city very easily. The host is prompt and friendly. I would absolutely stay again.
