The bed was not comfortable. Not enough blankets. Could use a real comforter and better pillows.

The room looked like it got broken into. Towels were dirty and the beds looked like they were made for inmates.

Pros- there’s a mall close by (15mins walk) where there’re options for food. - there is easy transportation if you want to go local (bus stops are near by) - the property itself has what will make you function…internet, fridge, microwave. Also for a 2 star property, the air conditioning was in good shape Cons- property is old and needs some upgrade, the elevator HAS to be changed and it was broken for the most parts, the door to the room I stayed in was also broken, could not lock it. - staff need to pay attention when cleaning, I experienced human hair on the bed and dead insect by the window pane in the room I stayed in. Other than this, the rooms and washroom were relatively clean compared to some 3 stars I’ve stayed at in the GTA.

Staff was friendly. The building is old and it shows. Beds and all were clean.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly especially the front desk manager . The bed was very comfortable. Not enough hangers ( which had called front desk) they came up shortly after I called. Could use a freshening up. Overall comfortable. Allot of cigarette butts out the front on the ground .

Bathroom door had screws sticking out so it would not shut. Smell throughout the room

Mattress was horrible

The receptionist was great, made you feel welcome & very helpful.

The hotel was nice but the many of the guests were hanging out in front. There was a strip business next door. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

Rooms were clean but the update with painting was terrible.

A great little motel. Out of the way, but easy to get to. I heard rumors about less appealing things happening, but I didn't notice anything. The staff is super friendly and helpful, if their accents are a bit hard to understand at times.

Good stay for the price. Nothing fancy but the staff was quick and friendly.

My truck got hit in the parking lot and destroyed the back of my truck, no cameras in the parking lot with no ones details on who’s vehicles should be in the parking lot, now I’m out 10k to fix my truck

It was clean, and the front desk staff were excellent. Our only complaint is that there was no cold water in our room at all. The location was good, roughly 15 minutes away from downtown London. We got a laugh out of the fact that an exotic massage parlor shared a building with a shawarma restaurant right next door.

This was a decent hotel for the price and it was clean inside. Front desk staff was pleasant as well.

The build had a terrible smell unfortunately tge room was no better. The room above us was banging and dragging stuff all night no sleep

The room doors could be opened without key. Pool was VERY chlorinated and burned our eyes and dried out our skin. My 5 year old was coughing all night because of it. The beds were not clean. Random hairs on the blankets. Patched up holes in the walls, and the worst thing was no working central air. Instead of fixing the issue, they sloppily put a portable air conditioning unit in the room that didn’t work and we sweated the entire time we were in the room. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience. I would never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else to.
