Very clean but carpet in room need cleaning and the landscaping is terrible

It was great and clean.

I just want to give a wonderful mention for Raffi He always remembers me and has me checked in instantly.

Was a nice place to stay, the restruant next door is very good and convenient.

Room was very dirty and stained carpets. Air conditioning didn’t work the greatest

The bed was comfortable and I believe the sheets were clean, but nothing else was clean. No coffee maker in the room but coffee was available in the lobby. No decaf, no tea, just coffee. Ice makers on all floors were not working, except in the lobby. The place was shabby and run down. I would not recommend. The price was right but you get what you pay for.

Old,run down. Elevator sounds like you might not survive the ride. Not going to stay again. Not even for $100 a nite

The staff at Motel 6 London is excellent. I would give them a 12 out of 10. I was in London to bury my husband of almost 30 years. As you can imagine this was a stressful time for me. Over the 5 days I was at the motel I had multiple requests and staff agreed to and facilitated them all - with a cheerful smile and kind eyes. No hesitation or delay. The only fly in the ointment: the condition of the building itself. It is a 4 storey building and, according to staff, was 75% full for the weekend. It has 2 elevators, one of which was completely out of service, and looked to have been so for quite a while. The interior of the elevator was in a sad state. With elevator displays being held in place with what looked like black duct tape. It was also very rough running. On Saturday the elevator button on the 2nd floor stopped working and was still I operative when I left this morning. I used the pool twice. It is clean, adequate in size to do short laps, but only 1.4m at the deep end. There is a shower, bathroom and 3 tables with chairs. Towels can be requested at the lobby desk. The wall/ceiling supports are rusty. Thats the major flaw. The door on my room is rotting and badly damaged. It is hard to open and close, but works. The room itself was small with 2 Queen beds

Clean rooms, comfy beds will stay there again

I just stayed at the motel 6 in London this weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful if needed. That was the only good part, the room carpets were dirty with spots everywhere, the closet smelt like pet urine, there was only one hanger to hang your clothes (and when I called the front desk and asked for more, they were only able to find me three additional hangers) and there wasn't even comforters on the bed. It was a sheet with a thin flannel bed cover not even enough to keep you warm. There was only 2 towels in the room and not even enough shampoo or soap to stay for the 2 nights. Everything was very run down and not maintained. The elevator button on the second floor was broken so we had to take the stair down every time and when leaving I had to send my daughter down to come back up the elevator and stop on our floor so I didn't have to log my stuff down the stairs. To be honest, I would never stay at this hotel again it was not very clean. Did not smell very good and it was not a nice hotel but I guess you get what you pay for.

Close to shopping. Great staff. Love the pool.

The air conditioner is not good

Excellent customer care and a reasonable pricing.

Bed was okay, pillows are extremely uncomfortable and cheap. Air conditioner makes loud noise you can’t sleep through. You can hear other people’s air conditioners next to you. No remote for TV. Elevators had foul smells, halls had foul smell.

It is always restful when I check in.

I’m a gold member so asked for late checkout, but the staff canceled my card at 11 so we couldn’t get back in the room

Check in/out was quick and staff was friendly. The motel is in need of a facelift.

Every staff member was excellent. Our needs were met right when we asked, no delay. We understand they are beginning renovations which will be great.
