There were ant traps on the floor that had to be picked up so my dogs didn't eat them. I was not told about them when I checked in. There was mould in the shower, the top part of the outside door was missing, and I had the screen but no glass. There was a person with an off-leash dog running around. I did complain, as I had dogs myself, but someone else had to call the cops to get the dog on a leash.

Worst motel I’ve ever been in. Incredibly dirty. Pillows, sheets, towels with stain on it, hair on the sheets, in the sink, in the shower. The shower has more black mold than ceramic tile. Dust everywhere spiderwebs everywhere. Mold scent in the room. It was a really bad experience I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Had to switch rooms because of dead ants everywhere. Next room was a little better but very poor job of cleaning the floor had hair everywhere, too bad because it could be a nice place with a little more attention to cleaning.

Cet hébergemnt occupe un site exceptionnel (fleuve, végétation, assez proche de la bourgade de Sorel) mais il est fort mal entretenu (bâtit, jardin ....) et le peu de ménage réalisé, après notre nette voire insistante réclammation, n'a pas été fait correctement (fréquence et netteté). Quant aux équipements (kichenette, petits electroménagers,..) en dessous de tout !! Même pas un verre à eau, une tasse !! Salle de bains vétuste, matériel de bains insuffisant !! Une vrai galère quand on arrive vers 21h00 !! Cependant, une légère amélioration, une fois le gérant saisi. Ce dernier, par ailleurs fort aimable.
En conclusion même si il s'agit d'un motel, l'écart entre le descriptif sur votre site H.Com et la réalité, pour la première fois depuis plus 10 ans, en tant que fidèle cliente, m'a interpellée sur le suivi de vos recommendations.

-Chambre très sale:
* Fourmis sechées sur les débarbouillettes
* Toiles d’ araignées au plafond.

It is very pet friendly with a fair charge of $ 20.- for both small dogs. The room is large with a large fridge/freezer.
We pre-booked and paid but the room was very cold at arrival. The beds were not made - crumpled sheets. Doona and pillow slips need a proper wash. The micro wave is weak - you will need extra time to heat anything.
