Clean room

Kind staff. Clean and quiet sleep. Excellent pillows! Would use again!

Each time I go to Ottawa/Gatineau I sleep in Motel Ritz, friendly staff and clean room + easy parking

Very impressed with the rooms cleanliness and amenities. Check in was great staff was excellent, would definitely stay again!!

Easy check in and Check out. Usually put into an upgraded room (larger bed). Great water pressure in showers which is of high import to me. I wish the seals around door and windows were better so I couldn't smell the smoke as people walked by / sat outside imbibing. A/C is great and heat nice in mornings. Super comfy beds and the best soap and shampoo in a motel for 100km.

Close to buses , shopping and good food. Close to Ottawa

Bons services, manque d'installations

Chambre sale, salle de bain avec fil d’araignées, tuyauterie du lavabo qui veut nous rester dans les mains. Jamais je n’oserais marcher nue pieds.

We stayed in a unit on the main floor. Although the building itself is older and could use some updates, our room was good. In fact, our bathroom had clearly been updated at some point recently with a beautiful vanity, updated toilet (the kind that reduces water), etc. The only disappointment was that one of the beds had small hairs all over it like maybe a beard that was trimmed or dog hairs. We didn’t complain or bring it to their attention but I’m sure they would have remedied it if we had. Overall I would stay here again if I were passing through

Le service etait très bien. Les chambres également. Mais il y avait un homme a coté de la mienne (35). Qui fumait de la drogue trop souvent. Ça sentait constamment le wed. Alors, une surveillance serait appréciée non pour moi mais pour les autres. Il sont là pour se reposer et non sentir le wed surtout devant les enfants. Mais. J'ai aimer mes 3 jours.

Clean. Quiet. Staff were friendly, daily housekeeping. Close to eating options. Price is worth it. Bed was very comfortable. Definately would stay again.
