The host was very helpful. For my November 24-26 stay, I was moved to a larger room. Very enjoyable and clean. The only drawback was receiving an incoming call from a friend around 8:30 am one morning (even though it was outside of the no-noise period between 1 pm and 8:00 am). I was speaking at a normal volume, but the sound in my room carries too much. The neighbour asked me politely to stop, so I did and I had to walk outside to continue with my phone call. Amenities about a five minute drive away. Very quiet area, plenty of vehicle parking in the driveway. Crescent Beach is about a 5-10 minute drive, so this location is additionally great in the spring/summer.

This was for a one-night stay (November 23). Comfortable bed, great temperature. The occupants next to me woke me up at 2:30 am (occupying the kitchen outside, and could hear their loud conversations within their room throughout the entire early morning). I informed the host, who mentioned he informed them of this. Because I am scheduled to stay an additional three days, he relocated me to another room, so he solved this issue for me. The bathroom needs some minor maintenance work for the shower water shutoff, and the room's doorknob was loose (the host was aware of the loose door know, but will inform him of the shower). I would still recommend this location to others, based on the location (quiet residential neighborhood, amenities 5-10 minute drive away, and the host's service quality).

Very comfortable place to lay your head for a good sleep. Bed very comfortable and area very quiet.

Stair are very tight made for fit and skinny person

It was more like a hostel than a B&B. Very minimal amenities. Fantastic neighborhood with lots of mansions to see though!

Strongly recommend to stay. Easy driving to the ocean side and restaurants area. But it is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood area. Friendly hoster. Clean and comfortable space.

Shared bathroom with no paper towels, the communal hand towel was disgusting, shower towels are disgusting. Didn't even have paper towel in the kitchen to wash hands or dishes with

Air conditioning and no breakfast

There was no air conditioning as propmised. We had to cancel after 1 night

all in all it was okay . i donot like we have check in on the given timing .

Very good area

Healthy and clean environment. But bed is not good it is too noisy and uncomfortable

Very comfortable bed but had 2 fitted sheets instead of one fitted and one flat. Was ok but different keeping covered. Minor. No A/C but a very effective fan. Bathroom needed more soap and they should change yea to we is everyday. Seemed like very nice people running it. I’d come back

Good place to live

Not having stayed at a BNB with strangers before, this was different. The back stairs to my room were challenging with a suitcase (narrow and no handrails). The sounds, noise and smells were very distracting and unwelcomed. I suppose that’s to be expected when you share with a family. The room itself was comfortable.

Great price, great neighbourhood, great service

It was an okay place to stay for a low price near the border. Since it was listed as a B&B, I assumed breakfast would be included, but there was none.
