The bathtub had visible hairs, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned, which was off-putting. The complimentary treat bag was a nice gesture, but it contained peanut butter, which I’m allergic to, so I couldn’t enjoy it. Noise from the guests upstairs was loud and constant past midnight, making it difficult for my child to sleep. The bedroom TV had no sound, and the amenities throughout the room felt very dated. Both the kitchen sink and bathroom tub lacked any indication for hot or cold water, and the bathtub itself was very small. Overall, the room and its fixtures are in serious need of renovation — the amenities would have felt outdated even a decade ago.

didn't use the pool. I am in the Maple section and it is a bit inconvenient for pool use.

Everything from the room to the hotel amenities were amazing, came to pamper myself & have a mental recharge & it was beyond perfect!

Great for pets. Fixtures and cabinets are old and tired, patio chairs are very uncomfortable.

Everything was good/as expected however there was an ant infestation in the kitchen. Also, for a pet friendly hotel I’d suggest some easy to access garbage cans outside for pet waste. I had a hard time finding one.

Well equipped suites

Great stay - the room is very spacious and always have the ammenities i need for staying during my business trip. I will say there is a lot of swithces and some of the light fixtures and the outlet confiurations could be updated - but overall a great stay

Best hotel in Courtenay. Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The pool and hot tub are a great to relax in. The cookies/tea/coffee area is such a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had to catch the ferry in Comox so this was a easy location to stay at. Hotel room was super clean the staff was very friendly

Nice hotel. Had issue with room first allocated to us but they quickly moved us and upgraded us to a better suite. Air conditioning unit is very loud, would be better if positioned in living room.

The outdoor pool and hot tub were well kept and had good use by our young child. The in-house spa was a great touch and I was able to book a much-needed pedicure on short notice. We appreciated the hot beverage centre in the lobby. The bathtub was VERY slippery, so much so that i nearly fell twice when briefly stepping off the anti-slip bath mat. The toilet paper dispenser was a strange choice for a pricey hotel - meant to improve environmental friendliness but you end up using many squares because they are so thin - and it was mounted in such a way that it is touching you as you sit to use the toilet. Simply for the toilet paper dispenser situation I would not stay here again.
