Everything is perfect at Pan Pacific MS !

スキーにために宿泊しました。ゴンドラに近く、買い物のビレッジにも徒歩で行けて便利でした。また、ホテルスタッフも親切で、ホテルも清潔で泊まった部屋はミニキッチン付きで簡単な朝ごはんを作って食べて朝早い時間からスキーに行けて便利でした。

We stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside during the winter and loved the location; just steps from the chair lift and gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made things easy for our family. The room had a full kitchen and fridge, which was great for preparing meals. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough for me, my children, and my brother. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant and gear store right in the hotel, which added extra convenience. On-site parking is available and priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again in the winter. However, I didn’t enjoy the summer experience as much due to dust and construction in the competitive biking park, which affected the mountain views. Overall, a great spot for a winter family getaway!

Schlussendlich hat uns die Suite sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Beim Einchecken wollte uns die Rezeption allerdings eine deutlich kleinere und schlecht geschnitte Suite zuteilen. Nach unserem Protest erhielten wir dann die grössere, die wir auch gebucht hatten, und die gefiel uns sehr.

Very central. Access to nature trails, food and shopping at the doorstep. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Great location, spacious suites with balconies, and a fabulous pool! They should have motorcycle parking at a reduced rate, but other than that it is a wonderful hotel.

Great location close to the action- nice amenities and pool was great - room comfortable and spacious

This hotel is quite a good value for Whistler and we had a big comfortable room for two adults and on 10 year old. Be careful when booking though, there are 2 Pan Pacific hotels in Whistler village and they have different policies. I booked the mountainside hotel after reading the pet policy and arrived with our dog. My wife was told (only 3 days into our stay) that this hotel isn’t pet friendly and that the other location is. I must’ve made a mistake reading the policy for the wrong location!
