ホテルの部屋は3人ではじゅうぶんに広かった。チェックアウトの際に、私の英語が下手だったからか、フロントの女性の方があまり態度が良くなかった。地下の駐車場が迷路の様で駐車するのに時間がかかる。それ以外では申し分の無い良いホテルだと思う。

全てにおいて言うことないです。 ロケーションが良くアクセスも良かったです。 全て徒歩圏内で用を足せます

Everything was great. Room nice and clean - with full kitchen and balcony. - Hot tub was out of service - 1 of 2 elevators out of service Other than that, everyone was helpful including bell hop and vallet, cleaners were efficient and friendlt, and the morning buffet was actually pretty good with eggs, bacon, waffles, juice, even lattes and coffee.

Great location, big rooms

We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs, especially at night!! The free breakfast in the morning was good. Definitely would stay again!

Still love this place, but a few things to be aware of We've been coming to the Pan Pacific Whistler Village for decades, and the staff has always been a huge part of why we keep coming back. This time, Spike at the front desk was especially wonderful—over-the-top helpful and just a really warm presence after check-in. A couple of really nice surprises too: when we got stuck after dinner and couldn't find a taxi or Uber, the hotel gave us a ride back from our restaurant. I didn't even know they offered that, and it meant so much. Also love that they have games to borrow—though unfortunately the one we picked was missing pieces, so we couldn't actually play it. Now for the things that caught us off guard. The breakfast, which has always been a highlight for us, was really disappointing this time. I know they're phasing it out this fall, but still—the first day wasn't great, and the second day the eggs weren't even edible. That's never happened before. Also, one of the elevators was under maintenance during our stay, and we noticed some needed upkeep in the bathroom, especially around the ceiling fixtures. That surprised me because this hotel has always been flawless with maintenance. We still love the people and the location, and we'll be back.But I think it's fair to let future guests know that things felt a little off this time—especially around breakfast and small details.

We didn't use any of the amenities (ie. pool). We thoroughly enjoyed the apres ski beverages and treats in the afternoon. I'm a picky hot chocolate lover and yours was some of the best I've ever had! Treats were delicious too. Our suite was great. We shared a 2 bed/2 bath with some good friend who we only see a few times a year so it was the perfect place to have our visit. Breakfast was delicious and appreciated that it was included so we didn't have to venture out in the morning. Overall we had a great stay!

The room came with dog treats, dog bowls and a dog blanket, our dog was very satisfied.

We were very disappointed with the mattress and the creaky murphy bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and every time we moved the bed frame creaked. we spoke with the gal at the front desk and was told that is probably because it was a murphy bed. One elevator was out of commission for maintenance when we arrived and the other went down during our stay so stairs were the only option. with one elevator the wait times were often very long and many guests found it difficult to climb stairs when the other went down. overall, very average experience and a bit of a dissappointment.

The 2bedroom suite was very spacious. The games room, pool area and breakfast were great

La mejor unibicacion

Room was perfect and well appointed with everything our family of 4 needed. The access to Whistlet Village was exactly what we were looking for. 5 min walk to the Gondala and steps to the village. The fireplace was cozy, beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the afternoon Apres snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the only thing that was very underwhelming, the variety was nice but the food itself was not good. We will definitely be coming back!
