ホテルの部屋は3人ではじゅうぶんに広かった。チェックアウトの際に、私の英語が下手だったからか、フロントの女性の方があまり態度が良くなかった。地下の駐車場が迷路の様で駐車するのに時間がかかる。それ以外では申し分の無い良いホテルだと思う。

全てにおいて言うことないです。 ロケーションが良くアクセスも良かったです。 全て徒歩圏内で用を足せます

Good location, ski lockers are convenient and the breakfast is ok. One elevator is broken so expect to wait a long time or take the stairs. Murphy bed in our room was unnecessary. It was creaking constantly and uncomfortable. Wifi was disappointing - could not stream anything properly. Issues which may be easier to overlook at a cheaper hotel but I expected more.

Very clean and nice room. Comfortable bed and furniture. Pool and hot tub was fantastic especially in the cold weather. Nice lounge area for morning breakfast and afternoon hot chocolate to relax in. Would repeat

Broken elevator

The room was good; the location is great…they however seem to struggle with their elevators. We’ve been twice to this hotel and both times they only had 1 elevator. For such a high end busy resort unacceptable; especially since it will be out for at least 4 months.

The room was lovely and clean. Housekeeping staff we everyday great. Afternoon tea was a welcome treat.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Great central location in Whistler village. The ski storage at the sister Pan Pacific, right beside the Excalibur Blackcomb gondola, was a real bonus

Clean room, comfortable beds, everything you could want, great staff. Great pool and hot tubs. Breakfast is just ok, but everything else was perfect.

First impression was underwhelming. For the price paid, the lobby was small and poorly appointed (couch, but no end tables, so if you're waiting for someone, you have to place your coffee on the floor) front desk staff were professional, personable and polite, the Manager seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed when we approached her with our concerns. She was ineffective at conveying care and concern. Only one elevator to serve 8 floors during peak season. All guests were very vocal about the extremely long waits for the elevator with all their gear. Elevator is improperly programmed, so calling the elevator from the lobby has you going on a milk run down to P4, and calling the elevator from the 6th floor has you collecting people from the 8th. Felt sorry for the folks in robes and slippers shoulder to shoulder with chilly folks coming off the hill with snow on their boots. Hot tub was under temperature with an abundance of revolting scum indicating unbalanced water. The spa serves as a hallway to the pool, so I could hear screaming children during my massage. No on site restaurant. One gym at their sister property was undersized to serve two hotels. Seemed like an after thought, with 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbells with missing weights in the sequence, and 10 sq ft of space to do your work. Bolt missing in bench made it unsafe to use, and Frank Sinatra playing was awful gym ambience. Robes were so small that it was tight on my 5ft frame and my husband couldn't use it.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable clean rooms, amazing breakfast, outdoor pool and hot tub great for apres ski. The ski locker in the nearby hotel right on the slopes is perfect. Wonderful family experience. Will be back!

Excellent room and the perfect location. Highly recommend this hotel. Walk out the door and you are in the village shopping. Gondola is a short walk past some stores in the village. Excellent restaurant next door.

Nice place to stay.

Dated hotel, with no working elevators!

Elevators didn’t work. Paid a large amount for room. Terrible to have to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs! No response from Manager!

This hotel is very middle of the road for the price you pay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They only have 1 elevator working until March 2026, which results in long waits for the elevator and often times it is full when it arrives. This is not acceptable. I would recommend one of the other top tier resorts over this one if the options are available.
