ホテルの部屋は3人ではじゅうぶんに広かった。チェックアウトの際に、私の英語が下手だったからか、フロントの女性の方があまり態度が良くなかった。地下の駐車場が迷路の様で駐車するのに時間がかかる。それ以外では申し分の無い良いホテルだと思う。

全てにおいて言うことないです。 ロケーションが良くアクセスも良かったです。 全て徒歩圏内で用を足せます

Everything was great, except one of two elevators was down until March 2026, so be ready to wsit or walk to your floor.

I had a great stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre. Accommodation was very comfortable and so close to the mountains. Staff were very kind and friendly.

Location was near great restaurants and shopping.

ery nice location,room and service. The included breakfasts were substantial & well presented. The pool and exterior spaces were also well maintained.Staff were courteous,patient and helpful. The one inconvenience at the facility was the absence of a second operaing guest lift or a service lift. The scheduled maintenance dates of one of two guest lifts during peak season probably needs adjusting.

Housekeeping and F&B staff don't understand what a Privacy tag on the door means. Housekeeping entered the room even though we wanted DND. The F&B person comes in again around 100pm to check on the bar but also ignored the the privacy tag. They knocked twice and proceeded to come in. Didn't even have enough time to get dressed. They also didn't announce themselves when entering. You can clearly see if the bar needs restocking from the door. They caught us but the surprising part is they didn't go to the bar but directly to the bedroom. You could hear the TV going. Seems odd that two different staff at different times would enter the room. I presume they were trying to look at our items when the bedroom is on one side and the wet bar on the other. Yet they went to the bedroom first. I'm still waiting for management to contact us. Never staying at this location again. Everything about the staff is questionable.

The room was great, but one of the only two elevators was down. This meant that you were sometimes waiting for up to 15 mins for an elevator that you could fit into. I didn't feel that the price reflected the major inconvenience.

Unfortunately they had one elevator down on our stay which made it very difficult to get up to the 7th floor we were staying in. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but my wife suffers from a mobility issue and waiting up to 10 minutes at the elevator was very frustrating and taking the stairs was not an option. It also was affecting the cleaning services at the hotel. Things were delayed and not on schedule. Very frustrating to pay full price and not have the hotel operating fully. Would have liked to know about the issue before arriving would have been great.

Super clean, quiet, and well appointed.

Our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The grounds were well kept with beautiful flower gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. One suggestion: more fresh fruit for the breakfast buffet, not the fruit out of the jar.

Location! Location! Location!

We stay here every Summer, convenient location in centre of the Village…only thing is they had some noisy industrial trucks right by the pool when we were there and this happened for quite some time.

Le prix est élevé pour l’âge de l’immeuble qui n’est pas au goût du jour. À part cela tout est bien.

Excellent hotel at great location. Amazing views. Staff is good and breakfast is good as well. Rooms are big and kids loved their stay. We will come again!
