Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Breakfast included yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and coffee to enjoy the meal. There is a washer and dryer. We had a comfortable stay.

The staff was great and very accommodating , we went to red deer, AB for a show and had a late night so they allowed us to checkout at 2pm! Amazing ! Also their breakfast was very diverse and overall we had free parking on premises and even the security deposit of $200 CAD was returned on the same day of checkout . Highly recommended !!! I would come again anytime. Thank you so much for a great service !

Room was in good condition, front desk staff were fine. Being that we were in Room 103, we found the floor and even the carpet area quite cold. Kitchen staff was a lovely lady, very kind, and greeted us at breakfast. Upon leaving we did not get much of a greeting from the front desk lady. When I exited the door at the front, their was a man cleaning the snow with a snow blower, he was very rude, he did not stop for me and let me pass. Snow was blowing in my face. He seemed to be in a hurry. (This person is oriental) Also did not stop for me when I approached the front door with my truck to load it with our bags. Very poor service, the day we left. Hope you will talk to these people, as they did not seem to care about the guests in the hotel. Apparently we are the people who pay them??? but they only cared about getting the job done, with little effort to make us feel welcome. Thank you Rita Gauthier

Good budget option right in town, and far better than budget options in gasoline alley or on the north hill. Property pretty clean, a little tired, but fine. But I never realized before this stay that downtown Red Deer was struggling as much as it seemed. Everything looks clean and safe, it's steps to Tim's, DQ, and the hospital, but there's lots of folks around not having their best life. Nothing created a problem and I'd stay there again, just sad to see part of Red Deer having the same challenges as so many other places.

Breakfast lady was amazing. Your front desk male night time work was not welcoming at all, his English isn’t very good, he isn’t helpful at all. I’ve worked in the hotel services and never would have an employee so unhelpful/non welcoming.

Guy at front desk would not let me check in even though my room has already been paid for. It states in the terms and conditions that a $200 deposit per guest is required upon check-in; yet the guy wouldn't not accept a damage deposit via debit, and stated that a credit card was required. Want a refund on my room

Room was clean and beds were ok. Check in was a little slow but great location for the hotel. The lady in the breakfast room was super nice and kept the area very clean

The staff are always great, the rooms are clean and large. I love the big TV’s as well

They wouldn’t let me stay with cash or debit for a security deposit. I paid online for the room with my debit visa. Couldn’t get my money back and couldn’t stay. The guy at the front desk was also very rude.
