市街地にあり駅まで2分、店も多く何をするにも便利。スーパーも少し歩けば大きな店があり自炊にはもってこいです。部屋はきれいで広くバスタブがない以外は最高です。チェックインの方法のみ、時差もあるので直前でなく先に教えてほしい。でもモントリオール空港の無料Wifiがあると知らせてもらえたら安心できたので、その一言があると100点だった。

Everything was amazing !!

Good value for money loaction great for transport subway under 5 minutes away. Decor is now a little dated and tired and was not reflected in photos, however didn't have any concerns about this .Room as clean plenty of towels provided in bathroom. Would have liked to have a cafeteria for coffe rather than just the nespresso machine. Entry code for lobby and lift was 5 digits which however code of room was nine digits may be over long as had to have it written down. Checking process was smooth altough note that you do not get entry codes until exact checkin time and this is online so you will need to have mobile data to access.

This is my second stay at Pierce Hotel and it’s just as good as the first visit. The area has many dining options and grocery stores about 7 minutes away. This will be my home whenever I visit Montreal. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

Well equipped and well located, near the Guy metro. Large apartment, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Great communication and well managed. Area was noisey at night and towels could do with an upgrade.

Le nettoyage de l'appart etait demi bien. Bouteille d'eau sous le lit et autre détritus (que nous avons laissé volontairement). Le micro onde n'a jamais fonctionné. Chambre spacieuse et appartement bien situé.

Last few days hot water went out. I didn't get any credit or partial refund for inconvenience. 3 cold showers was crappy. Metro is really close to property was nice. Tons of food in the area. Needed better cleaning.

The room had nice amenities, like washer/dryer, and kitchen, and was clean . The hvac was so noisy sounded like a jet taking off, bed was not balanced so rocked noisily upon movement. Neighborhood is very dirty, view from window looked into a rat infested yard (was in room 207). Very much a student housing area.

Spacious, clean and convenient location.

The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Came to montreal to install my son at Concordia. The appartement is located downtown next to Concordia and was very convenient for that. It was a very spacious and comfortable one bedroom, so all in all very good. Just one annoying detail is the number of locks you have to get through to get to the apartment... 4 locks.. this is too much... plus the one in the elevator is super annoying as it takes time to enter the code and you are likely to go to another floor because someone called the elevator or someone pushed a different floor than yours...

The apartment is very close to public transportation and a variety of food options. The counters, floors, windows and sofa could have been cleaned better.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed in downtown Montreal and very affordable. Being it was hot, the hallways and elevator were super hot and muggy but the apartment had 2 ac units so nice and cool.

Perfect location for anybody attending anything around Concordia. Amazing large space.
