Overall, very satisfied with this property. The property has a beautiful view of Lake Ontario and the water front. It is in a great location, a short walk away from the CN tower, Roger Centre and the Harbour. Would definitely stay here again.

This was in a great location for everything that we needed. We were a family of 6 and it was just the right amount of space. I would have liked a little bit more direction on how to get to the parking space, and then the elevator, as well as where paper goods were kept, and how to operate the stove, but the owners were extremely responsive when we had a question. The transit system was very accessible, and there were also many restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries within walking distance. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Nice modern apartment in a great location within walking distance to Rogers Center, CN Tower and great restaurants. View of the lake too. The parking space in the garage is a real plus.

Plus: Location was good relative to what we were doing. Negative: Leading into time we stayed, our numbers changed from 5 to 2 but we they would not reduce the surcharge that was charged. Overall place didn’t have the best finishes. Worn out. Expected more for price. Also, place operates as air b&b although it is not allowed to. Wasn’t comfortable with this but there was no willingness to cancel.

This is an Airbnb kind of renting. The property seems to be managed by an owner who has other daytime job. That also means if anything goes wrong, you might have a hard time contacting the owner. The checkin process fully relies on an email the owner sends to you on the day of checkin. If for some reason, you miss that email — good luck. This happens to me because my cell plan has no access of data once aboard. And at the morning this email was sent, I was already on highway. Why this email cannot be sent a day or two earlier? The building is a complex itself is very complex. Prepare to spend 20 minutes to find dedicated parking spot and find your way to the elevator. The apartment itself is new and nicely decorated. The lake view is relaxing. There is a park nearby so it’s also beautiful to watch the landscapes. Really enjoy the apartment itself. Some amenities are lacking. Such as the beddings/blankets for the sofa bed. Curtains are really cheap and already have missing shutters, causing leaking of sunshine in morning. Kitchen is nice but lacks of pots and blows. Washer seems to be broken (door handle missing).
