スタッフの方が親切でした。深夜チェックインにも対応してもらえて助かりました。ユニオン駅から徒歩20分くらいです。朝食はトースト、シリアル、ジャム、コーヒーがついていてよかったです。全体的にコンパクトでアットホームな雰囲気でした。 入り口が少しわかりにくく、道路に面した階段をのぼり奥に進むと、さらに小さな階段があり、2階に入り口があります。 この立地で安いだけでも助かりますが、強いて言えば、シャワーはお湯の水圧が弱く、固定式のかなり高い位置に設置されていて使いにくかったです。そのためか、シャワー後に掃除ができず、あまり綺麗ではなかったです。扉にフックが2個ついてます。脱衣所がないので工夫が必要です。ベッドに鍵付きのセキュリティーボックスがついてましたが壊れてました。また、なぜかセキュリティボックスの中にコーヒーフィルターのゴミがありました。ほかはトイレットペーパーがきれていたりなど掃除や管理は改善点がありそうですが、立地とスタッフの方がよかったので行ってよかったです。

フライトの影響でチェックインが遅れたにもかかわらず、嫌な顔一つせず親切、丁寧にホテル内の説明をしていただけた。 寝室エリアとその他で区画が分けられており、夜はとても静かでリラックスできる。ベッドは硬めで好みが分かれそうだが私には最適だった。 日中は従業員の方がこまめにモップがけや掃除を行ってくれているので床はいつもクリーンで気持ちがいい。 この値段でこのロケーション、サービスはとてもコスパが良いと思う。 なにより浄水器からの水がとてもおいしかった。

I stayed at Pod Inn for two weeks and found the location excellent—just a short walk from St. Patrick station and near the AGO. Rooms come in different sizes; the larger one is better if you have a big suitcase. Each pod is essentially an upper or lower bunk turned into a small private room, with the smaller pods closing like capsule hotel units. The building feels new, though some daytime construction occurs. Curtains and dividers have small gaps, but valuables can be kept in a locked drawer. Bathrooms and showers are gender-separated with two stalls each, and towels, shampoo, and hair dryers are provided. I could shower early in the morning without any issues, and ventilation in the room was very good with no odors. Laundry is available for guests staying three nights or more for about $20 cash after 6 p.m. The shared kitchen offers bread, spreads, and coffee, all self-serve. There are plenty of tables and two dishwashers, and a labeled fridge system with free milk. The owner explains everything clearly at check-in, and grocery stores are only 5–10 minutes away. Guests range from locals to long-term travelers, and the shared areas were kept clean. Wi-Fi is fast, and there is a quiet study room and video-call rooms. Some nighttime noise occurred, so earplugs are helpful; the hotel also provides them. Two outlets are in the room, but the study room is better for laptop work. Checkout may be unstaffed early in the morning, but usually you can leave the key in the drop box.

とても優しいスタッフの方々でした。 早めにチェックイン、12時ごろ行くと先に荷物を預かってくださいました。 また、お腹が空いていたら、食パンとコーヒーを食べても良いと言ってくださりました！ とてもベットもキレイでした！ ありがとうございました、また機会があれば必ず泊まります！

日本からの旅行でお金を節約するために一泊させていただきましたが、内装は非常に綺麗でチェックイン後はホテル内で時間をつぶせるよう、スタディルームやラウンジなど快適なスペースが多く、値段以上の価値があるホテルでした。

It can be heard someone's alarm or snoring while sleeping cuz each room has no door but has curtain. However other than that the private room(Comfort room) was very comfortable for me. We can enjoy free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, free laundry and kindness of the staff.

Good stay overall. I wish, though, that there's a way to neutralize the odor coming from shoes in the sleeping area. Otherwise, good staff, good location, and a clean place.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pod Inn hotel, it was as I expected, there are various sizes, I had a single and for me it was ideal, nice breakfast, good location and easy access to downtown Toronto, St Patrick metro is behind, so easy to get around, walked to pick up my trip to the bus for Niagara, around 20 minutes to Ripleys Aquarium and the CN Tower, for St Lawrence Market and the Distillery District around 20 to 25 minutes. Get the UP Train from the airport to Union Station, then metro to St Patrick, ask anyone, I would highly recommend the property.

Very clean. Very quiet. Hostel style. Shared bathrooms and showers. Had an individual room with clean bed and sheets. TV, headphones, desk and closet also. Could’ve had stronger AC in the sleeping area but overall it wasn’t bad. Even had to jump on my laptop in the morning and the study area was perfect. There were quiet room cubicles for taking calls/meetings also. Nice addition. Would stay again!

I have always wanted to try out a “pod” and this was a great first experience! Didn’t know what to really expect going into it, but the staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions during the tour I was given at check in. I opted for a premium pod so that I could keep my things with me and have my own space to get ready in, which I would definitely recommend if you are willing and able to spend a little more! If not, all of the shared spaces are well kept and not crowded. The location is also great! Walking distance to many things in the downtown area like AGO, Roger’s Centre, etc.
