It was worth what we paid, a reluctance to offer a 1 hr later check out when we checked in late and the desk staff had no autonomy to make a decision. If there was a huge event etc understandable but the answer was not very professional when as an experienced traveller could assess the situation

To start, the first room I was giving had a drug paraphernalia on the table and the room smell so bad old cigarettes. I was giving a second room ( front desk was helpful) it this one smell better however however you can still smell the old carpet from the "80" ( you need to change the carpet in the rooms, smells like dirty socks. The picture of the Lobby DOES NOT match the room looks... deceiving!!!... The only good thing was front desk trying to make my visit comfortable... but the most Chocking for me was to ding out ( next morning) the mattress DO NOT have " Standard MATTRESS COVER" it have a thing cover that came come out while you sleep... and because of this, you can see other people sweat marks " ON THE MATTRESS " .. the bathroom was very clean and they do have iron and Iron board... I was please they have a microwave, however the refrigerator was not working ( I didn't want to bother anymore the front desk... the air conditioning was nice and cool and I did like the fact the windows are very big... that let a sun shine in the room... I just would have preferred that lobby match the room... I guess there still room for improvement.

My small sweet I think about 289 ft.² with a sofa and a chair and a good sized TV in front of the king size bed and a small desk area was adequate for my stay and Needs this room had a lovely view overlooking some trees in the back and was quiet and located on the executive fifth floor with less guest traffic and noise.. The main reason I stayed here was because of the sauna which I enjoy it’s a tiny little infrared sauna but it works and the adjacent pool all those small was adequate to cool off… The morning breakfast included with fresh scrambled eggs and bacon yogurt muffins bananas Etc. was quite acceptably adequate. Location was conveniently located off a couple of main road arteries to get to most places in Burlington in a Jiff.. I would recommend this hotel as it’s flexible and prices are quite affordable reasonable for a moderate hotel stay.

My stay was great, but you can tell that the hotel has been updated in parts, but not completely. The room was comfortable and clean, but lots of areas need touch ups. The doors, walls and ceiling have marks, water stains and just need some TLC.
The breakfast was okay but mostly prepackaged items. The hot foods were good.
I would stay again as it was a safe, clean spot, but definitely needs some upgrades to stay competative with other places near by with similar prices.

Couldn’t beleive our room was actually in the base ment , room was small, stains on carpet, stains on comforter Bathroom wall was dirty , mold on bathroom tiles and around bath tub , breakfast was ok except small area and Ther for was a line up to grab a coffee . Staff were ok, kitchen staff very nice .

This was a great place to stay. The hotel was convenient, spacious, and the rooms were clean. I traveled with my cat and it was welcoming to pets. The gym did not have weights but did have cardio equipment, and there was a pool as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
