We stayed in a family suite for four nights. The room was suitable for our needs - it had a fridge and a microwave. It would have been nice to have a couch. The daily breakfasts were excellent and convenient before heading out skiing for the day. We had the pool and hot tub pretty much to ourselves. The service was simply outstanding - they attended to our every need. It was a fantastic stay!

We were at the Quality Inn for 1 night only but enjoyed it! The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the Cabana bar and Kitchen with Darrell as our waiter (he was fantastic)! We used the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea selection was poor in my opinion with only Orange Pekoe and breakfast was okay. We actually ended up going to Ratio Cafe for a better breakfast. But overall I would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy warm room.Like the balcony as well.In summer it is a good option to sit there.The breakfast is fresh and really good!

Hotel has a grungy feel, commensurate with its low price point. Just understand that it isn't a bargain: it's just cheap.
What pushed me over the decision hump was the hotel's inclusion of a hot tub among its amenities. Too bad then that this hot tub was out of order throughout my 3-day stay. I somehow suspect the hot tub out of order more often than not. But, hey, makes for good advertising.
Speaking of "out of order" the lobby vending machine's credit card tap function was out of order as well - also throughout the duration of my stay.
So really, you're just paying for a bed in a somewhat grungy hotel. You get what you pay for.
I'd be remiss if I didn't add that the front staff was very pleasant.
