That specific reception/staff that night was not too helpful with infos. Usually there is a older gentleman that was very helpful. But he was not on shift that night.

Upon arrival we were checked in, told our room was ready and given our room key. Only when we open the door were surprised by the cleaning staff laying on the bed scrolling thwir phones. They stayed laying onnthe bed and simply said the room is not ready, barley long enought to stop they scrolling on their phones. Went back to the front desk and was just given all the reasons this could have happend. No apology or discussions about how inappropriate that is. Just "Oh they must be on break". So all the staff lay together on patrons beds chilling for their break. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Due to blizzard conditions on the day of my booking I was unable to travel to Corner Brook. After following the steps online to cancel my reservation, prior to the deadline. I assumed the booking was cancelled. Later that evening I received a check-in satisfaction survey email. Clearly there are multiple steps to cancelling the booking, other than clicking the Big Cancel Booking button on Expedias website. I contacted to the hotel moments later and was told they could nothing as it was booked through Expedia. ThenContacted Expideia said they trieNo one was able to help me and I was Charged. I will never use this site again.

Great quality room, front desk staff friendly, fitness room with newer equipment.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is spotless and the rooms are extremely clean, tidy and quiet. Beautiful place to stay. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Would recommend this place to Everybody. Its worth the $

Room was clean and modern. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. The biggest issue is the parking lot. In the nighttime there is very little lighting and found myself driving into some huge potholes. It was an obstacle course to drive around the holes and ruts in the lot.

I was forced to pay for 3 nights having stayed only 1... unprofessional a greedy.

Definitely not a 9.2 guest rating. Old, toilet and shower super small with Gyproc damaged and missing tiles. The sink is in the hallway which is very inconvenient to use when the family is in bed or at night and not private and not able to use when the bathroom door is open. The bathroom door is falling off their hinges and very loud when opening and closing. Everything is old and dated, damaged or worn out. Not worth $200.00 a night, not even $100.00 a night.

Quality Inn Staff are unprofessional. I was stuck in Montreal, but they would not let me cancel my reservation. My trip was cut short, and again, they would not let me cancel my reservation. I paid for 2 nights at 2 different hotels and was unable to stay with them 2 out of 3 nights that I booked, but they still charged me for all 3... Ridiculous treatment of guests.

yes very clean and friendly staff. Shops are very close to hotel ,walking distance.
