The room was clean and had enough towels like I requested. The pool was exceptional and the ambient lighting was great. Breakfast could improve but I say that everywhere, definitely have had much worse. We will stay again when visiting the area.

Que les chambres ne soient pas faites à tous les jours, ca me va. Que les serviettes ne soient pas changées à tous les jours ca me va. Mais, à ce prix là, que l’hôtel ne s’assure pas qu’ils y aient suffisamment de sachets de café à tous les jours disponibles dans les chambres ou qu’il n’y en ait pas de disponible a la réception est complètement inacceptable. La quantité est suffisante pour une nuit mais est totalement ridicule pour deux jours ou plus.

If you don’t like to sleep then this is the place for you. When you allow children to run the hallways playing yelling and banging the walls then your business model is very poor. The only reason you go to a hotel room is to get sleep/rest. None of that happened here and the breakfast is terrible. I will never stay here ever again.

Our arrival to the hotel parking at 7pm was greeted by 2 shirtless guys pounding back beers and coughing their lungs out while smoking a glass pipe. Both looked like it was way, way past their bedtime. Shared with the young gentleman at reception that this wasn't a very good look for the hotel. He didn't seem extremely concerned. I quote, "his neighbour also goes shirtless" - say what? Let's be clear: I have nothing against shirtless tradesmen. The overall cleanliness of the place is passable: the staircase to our room stunk like cleaned-up old tobacco and some other unidentifiable smell, the bed spring mattress sounded like it had had much better days, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty, there was a splatter at the bottom of the headboard and on the wall on one side of the bed, which we didn't care to find out the nature of. Breakfast was blah.

The hotel looks new and very clean. The location is convenient. Our room was located at the end of the building, across from the staff/janitor's room and cleaning/laundry facilities. There were many people exiting from/entering the building, making audible noise frequently. I wished if our room were in another part of the hotel. Other than that, I like this hotel.
