Great clean room. Comfy mattress. Breakfast is ok. The usual eggs and toast and pancakes and some fruit. Service was very friendly from front desk to restaurant hostess.
Easy walking to cool places to eat. Homelessness is an issue in the city so you will encounter that everywhere.

The room i selected was poorly maintained, it smelt so badly in there, it was damp and smelled like dirty stinky wet socks/feet. And there was a stain on the floor and the drawers were broken, but the staff was soooo awesome as soon as I called down to front desk she offered to switch rooms before I even asked. I love the Radisson hotel but that first room was so bad that it couldve gotten us sick if we stayed there. But the staff was great! They helped us promptly and efficiently. I totally recommend this hotel. Thank you everyonr who helped

The water that came out of the shower and sink in the morning was brown. When I contacted the front desk of the issue they responded that the manager would reach out within the hour directly. After 24 hours the manager had still not contacted me.

The room was clean, lots of room to move around. They put me in a newly renovated room, they said, on the 27th floor. Unfortunately I had zero hot water. I tried from 10pm-11:30pm to call guest services from my room and kept getting a busy signal. I finally ended up dialing out of the hotel and calling the hotel's main number and getting ahold of guest services that way. They answered right away when I did that, which leaves me wondering why the paid customer who are already in rooms can't get through to them, but people calling from outside the hotel can. They did offer to let me onto another room to shower, but it was almost midnight by then, and I just wanted to sleep. The maintenance guy came shortly after 8am to try and fix it, and he did finally get me hot water around 8:40am, but it was already too late to shower, as I had to check out to get to an appointment right after that. Also, my room was beside the door to the stairs, and it banged so loud when it closed, that my family could hear it over the phone when I was talking to them. I woke up several times through the night because of it closing. Does it need to close that hard/loud? If so, maybe you need to soundproof the walls to the rooms better.

Room had garbage in it. Ac did not work in room. Garbage in hallways. Homeless injecting drugs in parkade, staff charged unauthorized parking fee credit with no knowledge from check in.

Convenient hotel for downtown Winnipeg. Views of the city. Be aware that the some of the times stated for the restaurant are not correct. But the breakfast was nice.

Great location and value.
We did have an issue with loud neighbour's on night one but they immediately set up a transfer to a different floor and gave us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. Great parking access and was safe and secure.

The shower head was spraying water on to the ceiling from where the shower head connects to the pipe.
Breakfast - we were not able to order breakfast entree as the kitchen was out of commission. They were only offering the buffet which is fine, but we were looking forward to a freshly made breakfast which we paid for with the park & dine offer.
Anastasia at the front desk is so nice. She upgraded our room to a King suite. The room had a dining set for meals, dishes and cutlery, microwave and small fridge.
