Room was not clean, only seen one staff member when checking in. Parking was sketchy, was harassed for money. literally condoms on ground in parking lot

Long wait to check in, long waits for the elevator as one was broken. Noisy traffic outside. Room was clean, but bed was very saggy.

The hotel was nice. The security features need some work. The card scanner to operate the elevators was not functional, allowing anyone access to the elevator up. The area surrounding the hotel had some people who made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself was otherwise satisfactory.

The room was clean and fresh. The pillows are massive. The money was always full of colorful characters. Our big disappointment was the in hotel restaurant was closed for the holidays.

Staff are very nice

To start, when we arrived in our room, we found broken glass all over the bathroom floor, and there was old french fries, and garbage on the carpet in the room. We called the front desk, they sent someone to clean it up, but nothing else was done about it, we asked to switch rooms. When we returned to our room the next day after being gone all day, the room wasn’t clean, We were confused and called the front desk, we were then told that they do not clean rooms unless you specifically ask for it (that was definitely not specified to us said check-in) I then asked for clean towels and a garbage bag to at least take out the garbage, they said they would get that to us in 10 minutes but no one never showed up and they didn’t call us back. Of course we could’ve went down to the front desk or called multiple times, but…. We will never be returning, and if you have children like we do I would suggest that you keep scrolling and find a different hotel.

Nice hotel older and taken care of good, only downside there was a lot of shady characters in it and around it well I was there.

No hot tub, no swimming pool, breakfast not included. Information provided by expedia was not true. We stayed at Ramadha by Whyndam Edmonton South.
