What a nightmare! This was supposed to be a fun overnight for my grandkids and it turned into a sleepless night for everyone on our floor. Guests in room across the hall were yelling and screaming obscenities all night - had security up at 3am... other guests also pounding on their door telling them to keep it down; why were they not made to leave instead of ruining everyone else's stay. Boo, hiss Wyndham fail!

Place was clean, staff were friendly and the pool was warm

My daughter enjoy the pool even the water is a little cold. The staff are friendly..

Room was mediocre, paint stripping from the bathroom door, old TV, mini fridge, microwave. Bathtub was yellow and had permanent dirt marks on the bottom. Bed was hard and squeaky. Pool was clean. We were there for 3 nights, housekeeping did not come to refresh the room or change linens at all in that time. For the price, you get what you pay for.

My kids enjoyed the pool. The room was outdated and not sufficient for our family size despite them allowing 5 per room. For one night we made due.

The internet was fast.

Hotel has great amenities and friendly staff. Bathroom had hair in it and room was outdaded but great location for our overnight trip. My son loved the breakfast and pool - toddler approved

The staff was great and accomodating.

The AC/Heater wasn't working, the mattress covers has a few small hairs, the pillows were old and lumpy, the furniture was only, the curtains were torn in some spots, the TV didn't have streaming and the washroom tube had stains. My son didn't even want to brush his teeth or take a shower. I didn't get the chance to place a complaint because we were in a hockey tournament coming in an out during our stay but I can tell you that we will not stay in the hotel again. I expected more from a Ramada hotel. In al honesty, if I hadn't paid for the room in advance, I would have cancelled the reservation. I don't know if all Ramada are in the same condition, but so far I have no interest in a stay in any Ramada by Wyndham. Tv not woking for all hotel

Breakfast IS NOT FREE. It is accessible for $15 per person. For just a room, it was expensive. Yes they have an indoor pool, but almost $200 after tax for just the room and no free breakfast the following morning was extremely disappointing.
