Expedia should be embarrassed offering this property. The room had no air conditioning, The wear and tear on the property is wide spread from the rooms, to the main entrance to the dining area, the doors, windows. They hadn’t attempted to clean anything outside for a long time making one question the cleanliness of the room. We brought our own pillows thankfully.

This Ramada was packed full of evacuees from the fires raging in Canada. So, they were short on staff and supplies. Easy to understand. However, the hotel is in dire need of a full-time maintenance team. Our ceiling light had several burned-out bulbs in it. The shower fan looked like it would fall from the ceiling any minute as it was hanging by power cords and was not secured in the ceiling. But we were happy to have any room at this point and the breakfast and breakfast team were amazing. The ladies who cook and prepped the food did a wonderful job and we were grateful.

Scary place. We were assigned a dirty, unfit, smelly room and requested another room after we saw our first room. The second room was better and they willingly switched and upgraded our room but the property on a whole is not up to Wyndham standards. I would not recommend this property!

The guests in the rooms on both sides were talking loudly until late at night, and the room itself felt a bit outdated. From the moment I walked in, the hotel didn’t feel very clean

The room had garbage and it looked as if someone had been lying on the bed. The worker at the desk was told. They said they would look into it. I never hear back.
