三階建てで、エレベーターがない。 中に入ったら、スーパー８のブランド名。室内の壁や天井は補修のあとだらけ。 差し込まないで近づけるだけで開錠するパスモ／スイカのようなカードキーではあるが、カードキー本体にマジックインキで部屋番号が書かれていた。セキュリティー部分でハテナの記号が頭に浮かんだ。 朝食は向かいのコーヒーショップで食べられる。フロントでクーポンチケットをもらっていかなければならない。 ハイウエイのインターチェンジの近くなので、車でのアクセスはよく、街の中心から離れているので周囲に大きな建物がなくすぐにわかる。

Hi there, We checked in today in the afternoon around 3PM just being in the room was not very pleasant,poor lighting, very small desk and too soft mattress…so we went out and decided to find another hotel…we checked out red maple inn and suites at 7:30 PM. When I booked on Expedia the pictures showed it was a big room that was quite misleading.. It was unfortunate room at Red Maple Inn And Suites did not work for us. I will not recommend to anyone… I was quite disappointed ☹️

service was good .but did not get my bill or copy there off and was charged more then what i was quoted. want this looked into asap

Good value for price. Rooms were neat and clean.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The soap bar and shampoo packets were the bare minimum that humanity produces. The tv didn’t work though. Seems like the only tv that worked was in the lobby. The ice machine was out of service as was the pop vending machine. But for the price, this was to be expected.

The power went out well I was there last weekend

Pet friendly, hot water. But there were no working vending machines or snacks and no tea or coffee machines. Everything else not bad for the value.

Due to bad driving conditions I arrived late (11:40 pm). After phoning the number at the front desk the Host arrived and was curtious. He said he'd called me twice but I had no missed calls??? Will have to clarify what number he called.

The property was unclean and the staff were not professionals

Nice people, very clean, needs some more TLC Very budget wise, close to the town Took dog and they put us on the ground floor with a patio door which worked out great

Hotel was filthy with dust.... dirty stained carpets ..... ice/vending machines out of order and covered in dust.... tv input and tv remote was non operational . hotel was loud from electronic door locks and guests partying till 2am and slamming doors while doing out for smoke breaks

It was a clean room with a comfy bed, hot water and towels. For the price it was quite fine.

Great property, very clean and friendly staff. The mattresses are a little dated and super soft though so if you have back issues, ask for a lot of pillows

Had to use a free night from points before I lost it and thought let's try this place. DID NOT stay the night. The entire place smelled like wet damp smoke. Could not see any working ice machines as I walked up to the 3rd floor. All of them had papers covering them saying Out of Order. Fat flies were seeping through the windows and into the room. The beds were sunken in, and the mini fridge when open smelled like mold. It didn't look dirty, but it smelled so bad. Did not stay the night for fear of getting sick. Checked out within 30 minutes after thinking it over. The only positive is that the bar soap smells kind of nice. The front staff guy was chill. Maybe it's better during summer high season, but this was downright nasty.

Despite some of the reviews, Red Maple Inn and Suites was not too bad, for the price it was pretty good. Would have been nice to have either a coffee machine in the bedroom or a machine offering it on the property.
