We loved everything about Richview Gardens Suite. Free parking in a double wide driveway, close to our convention site (Attwell Center), a bedroom for each guest, morning coffee supplied, all kitchen appliances perfect, tastefully decorated, dinnerware/cookware, electric teapot, supplied, a closet in each room, full length mirror, TVs, heat and light controls, security. In a word, Excellent. Stay there, you'll love it.

My wife, 3 teenage sons, and I stayed 2 nights. The manager got back to me quickly the night before via text when asked about check-in process, which turned out to be simple. The property was clean on arrival with some simple drinks in the refrigerator and a reasonable selection of coffees for the kuerig. The property appears updated with plenty of kitchen counter space on the island + dining table. The beds were very comfortable. Expect some sounds and smells to carry from the lower unit to (ours) the main level. Our first night was quiet but early on the second 4 out of 5 of us were awakened by a crying baby downstairs. Also, on coming back to the unit on the second day we could smell the dinner cooked downstairs. It was not unpleasant but something of which travelers should be aware. The Toronto transit system works well and the bus stop is very close, so we purchased day passes at the local Shoppers Drug Mart and used the buses and subway to get around the city. Do some research early to identify the appropriate routes and download the TTC app to track bus timing at stops. Overall this was a nice stay and we would consider coming back to the same house if traveling to Toronto again.,

Andrews place is amazing and perfect for families/groups! We stayed just one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. He responded quickly to any concerns or questions.

This place is amazing. It is clean , family friendly . The owner is amazing. The bed are comfy. This place is like a mini getaway it doesn't even feel like you're in toronto . I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone.

Very nice house and felt newly renovated. All new appliances and furniture made our stay very comfortable. Communication with the house was simple. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.
