Good gym hot tub not working

Loved the gym and hot tub!

The room temp could not be controlled. To turn on the heat the cold air fan was always on. Just had to turn it off all together. Pillows were very lumpy, not comfortable.

Frist they charged me twice Only had one room Git charged over 900 then they cgared me again the next day for 900

Staff is always amazing!! Just a great place to stay. The only downside is I wish they would offer a better selection of white wine. I don't care for the one they have at Taps or the bar.

Clean rooms, amenities were 10/10, staff super friendly and helpful. I liked all the options for food/restaurants. I loved that the concert we came for was in the hotel so we didn’t need to go anywhere and of course I live the casino aspect haha

For starters, we booked a king room for 2 nights that had a bed which was certainly not a king sized.. Secondary to that, my photo ID was expired and I was refused entry to the casino. Totally reasonable, my bad. Although, where my problem lies, is when the ‘slot manager’ told me that an interim license along with the expired one would suffice for entry. Spent a few hours going to north Edmonton, standing in line and getting a temporary license, only to get a shakedown once I tried to get back in. After arguing with security for some time, the security supervisor stepped in and told me he would allow me in and if I have any issues to name drop him and he’ll clear it up. Well that worked, until it didn’t, and I was stopped again and ultimately refused entry by someone higher up. The lack of communication and confusion around what is permitted as acceptable ID was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If the answer was no from the start I could have made other arrangements, but because I was told yes by some of the management team we were essentially stuck in a casino that we weren’t allowed entry to. Other than the bed, the room was nice and clean, service workers were awesome and the restaurant/senior hockey was entertaining

Lovely room and comfortable bed. That rates high for me. Having Everything you need is a bonus and fun adventure. Will be back again.
