What a gem this place is. Our first visit to North Van. Gorgeous property on the river. Close to all the hiking trails. Our hosts were so nice and shared lots of info about the area. Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Had an incredible sleep after a day of hiking. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and preserves. Will stay again in future and highly recommend.

This B&B had great hosts. The house is right beside the Seymour River and you can walk easily from the house and sit and enjoy the peace. Great provided hot breakfast.

This is a beautiful property, with the yard right up to the creek. Its quiet, peaceful, and the owner was very accommodating.

Our room was just right in every way. We loved the sound from the brook out back—it made me sleep better.

Very comfortable and lovely stay! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Michael was very accommodating, even providing a breakfast to go when we had to leave for a flight at 5am in the morning.

We spent one night in this place. The staffs were polite and friendly and welcomed warmly. The room was very clean with an awesome view of river and tall trees. We had access to the backyard and could seat in front of the river. The place was in a beautiful area of Vancouver; although, it was not close to groceries. I strongly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay, if we get back to Vancouver, we will definitely stay again. Michael & Ying are the best!!

Everything was perfect. Quiet place, pretty clean with a beautiful outdoor. I was just wasn't able to eat my breakfast because I left too early.

The place is immaculate. Host is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was above expectation. Beautiful view of the river. Stay here and you will absolutely not be disappointed in any way.

This was our first time staying in Vancouver and we must say, Michael's place was spot on. It was by far the cleanest and quietest place we have ever stayed. Michael and his family were so kind and peaceful that it made our stay exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling or staying in Vancouver to consider booking here!

Family owned. Quaint. Flexible when we came in for the evening. Great recommendations of things to do in the area. Rooms perfect for the stay.

Receipt wasn't provided to me upon leaving ( I had to leave early) and I have no contact information for host. Expedia charged me another $50 which wasn't listed in the estimated cost to stay at the property. Inconvenient to deal with getting receipts to expense the trip. Waste of my time. Otherwise, the place is great.
