ちゃんとしたフロントがおらず、チェックイン間際に身分証明書やデポジットの連絡が来て戸惑った。 予め予約の際に分かるようにして欲しい。 備え付けの備品関係はどの様に使って良いのか分からなかった。 その辺も予め事前説明して欲しい。

Very well located. Apartement very small but we only stayed for two days so it was enough for us. The pull out sofa was not very confortable to sleep in. Very good value so we would return.

Appartement près de tout! Gare, Rogers center, Scotiabank Arena, restaurants, bord de l’eau, tout est à distance de marche. Super communication avec notre hôte qui a répondu rapidement à nos questions. Propre et avec les commodités attendues. Je recommande.

Clean great location my only remark would be if they had nicer pillows

All amenities were closed, no pool, hot tub or sauna. Room was clean and spacious but only 1 bed and a couch for 4 people, no pullout bed that was listed.

The room was fantastic, lots of space, and good amenities. The only issue is the building had the hot tub under maintenance, but overall everything was great.

View was incredible, clean and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom and amenities were perfect for our family getaway. Ours technically slept 4 people which worked good with our children but really would only comfortably sleep 2 adults

Great location, everything was close by. If you need an Uber they're there with in a minute or 2. The place itself was clean and fresh. We were able to drop our bags to our room early which was great and we could see all sheets were being changed on the beds which was great to witness . No Hassel checking in or out. When we did contact them about early bag drop they were quick to answer and everything went smoothly . And also a balcony which was great for vaping .Would definitely recommend in the future

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement offrant une belle vue sur Toronto, et à 5mns à pieds de la tour CN. En bonus, nous avons eu droit à une place de parking sécurisée au sous sol de l'immeuble. Parfait !

Great location for MTCC events, with a minor maintenance issue If you have an event at the MTCC, this location is absolutely amazing. It’s just a 1-minute walk or less, which made attending the event extremely convenient. The building is more like an apartment complex, so there is no restaurant or breakfast service on-site—something to keep in mind when booking. The only downside during my stay was that the bathroom exhaust fan was running continuously. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to leave the key so they could access the unit, but I was already working and unable to do so. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them, and the issue remained unresolved for the entire 4-day stay. Overall, the location is unbeatable, but the service response could be improved.

Loved the unit. The check in was a bit chaotic and confusing. The person at the desk was impatient and not very supportive - she definitely needs some training in customer service. The unit wasn't ready when we arrived. Cleaner needed more time.

Check in, check out very easy. Location was a 10, cleanliness was a 10. Bed extremely comfortable. Very quiet building. Only negative was the long wait for the elevator every time

The elevators have been out of service since the summer, which is not only completely unacceptable but also dangerous. RivetStays offered no possibility of compensation or meaningful support. The unit was also not properly cleaned — I found dirty underwear and jeans from a previous guest stuffed in a closet. Having to use the stairs to go up and down 76 floors every day was exhausting and unreasonable. I was even late to an important meeting, despite renting this unit specifically because it was directly across from the convention center. Elevator wait times ranged anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour just to go up or down. Basic tasks became impossible — ordering food, receiving deliveries, or even quickly returning to my room before a meeting was extremely difficult. On top of that, the entire building feels like a party building. Young adults were constantly loitering in the reception hall, and I even found vomit on the ground and in bags in the stairwell. Nothing about this experience felt professional or properly managed. Considering my cost for just two nights, which is completely unacceptable. I would have expected better conditions even in a 1-star motel. I will be sharing my experience widely and advising my clients to avoid this facility.

Everything about the RivetStays was incredible! We booked this place just due to price and location! But it checked all the boxes!! Located near so many of Torontos attractions with a short few minute walk to the CN tower, union station, Roger’s centre and Wellington market and close to many restaurants and amenities! The apartment we stayed in had a view of the CN tower which was an added bonus. The apartment was clean and spacious. Loved having a washer and dryer as well to do laundry before we returned home! Had everything you could possibly need and felt like a home away from home! We already can’t wait to book again!!
