Room was never cleaned during the stay. Beds not made. Clean towels not provided.

The manager Sean couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. A very profesional and a hard worker. Much appreciated suggestions for places to visit on my onward journey to Prince Edward Island. Very good buffet breakfast also. A great place to rest during a long road trip. Thank you! Andrew from Melbourne Australia

Bathroom was discussing, shower had not been cleaned and there was hair all over the floors Gross

The bathroom was quite dirty, with dirt on the floor. A piece of a sugar or salt packet was still on the floor and there were several boot prints on the bathroom floor. There was some yellow dried liquid on the toilet behind the toilet seat.

We liked pretty much everything except couldn't eat the scrambled eggs as they were dry and tasted like cardboard

Clean and friendly environment. My partner and I say here every time we are having a little excursion. Everything is always so clean and tidy. We absolutely love the staff. We will never not stay here.

Everything was very nice. Our room was very large. The only complaint I have and it's nothing that is the fault of the hotel is, a very heavy footed person was above us and was back and forth over the floor.

Easy to get to from Digby ferry. Easy to get out of the city and on the NB1

Overall was ok a little older and probably trying to renovate it. Breakfast included but we were there Sunday and they supposed to have breakfast until 10am but by 9.15am they didn’t had any eggs and the excuse was that they didn’t deliver to them.Also we had to tell them to bring coffee out.

Room was adequate. Staff were friendly enough. When I booked the room, requested a ground floor room because of a disability, but they put me on the second floor. They apparently were full, so couldn’t change my room. It was very difficult navigating the stairs. We were also next to rowdy young men partying. This didn’t make for a pleasant stay.

This is the first time in a long time that I have been disappointed in a hotel. I travel often for work and leisure and this stop was not what I was expecting. Especially as an Expedia listing. Although the hotel shows potential if standards were raised the dirty and sticky floors of the room and barhroom, the staining on lamps and upholstery, the sofa bed blocking the AC unit, constantly running tub faucet and on and on left little to write home about. Going to bed with black feet just from walking around the room was almost enough to have us pick up and leave. However, the bed was decently comfortable, and more than anything we required sleep. If you just need to sleep, then head in and close your eyes. Like at the front door.
