Lots of parking close to our room. Pleasant, friendly staff, Room was spotless with a modern feel, comgortable beds. Mini fridge, small microwave and a small table with two comfortable side chairs. Very dog friendly and we were given a room close to a large grassy area which was perfect for dog walks and the $15 charge for dogs was reasonable given the extra cleaning that is required after a dog visits. We would definitely recommend Roger's Motel to people visiting Smith Falls or the surrounding area of Perth, etc. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Beds are too high, difficult to get into. Limited channels on the tv. AC was difficult to understand the controls. But clean, bed were comfortable

Need three or four toilets and four towels each instead of two. Just a tip. Otherwise excellent!

Noisy

Parking right outside room door, single floor unit, pet friendly, lots of food options close by, very clean rooms, quiet. Good experience!

I had high hopes for this motel considering all the great reviews I saw prior to booking our room. Much to my disappointment, our room was right beside someone who I assume lives in the motel full-time or was just mentally unstable as there was constant banging and moving of furniture until past 2 AM. They also kept going in and out of their room loudly. Noisy plumbing (someone in the motel drained their bathtub i assume at 1am), it sounded like a flood was coming through our walls, the noisy heat system that turned on every half hour loudly and the refrigerator coming on on top of that, I absolutely did not sleep whatsoever. Finally, as soon as the sun came up , we packed our things and were out of there immediately. Either our room was the crappiest there was in that motel or all those reviews we read were all fake. I don"t even know if the shower had any pressure, because we didn't even bother taking the time to shower before we left. We just wanted to be out of there. I seriously went back online to read the reviews again when I was wide awake at 3:30 AM to see if I was crazy.Because I was sure this motel should have lived up to our standards. The only good thing I can say was it was clean but absolutely outdated. The outlets beside the bed didn't even provide enough power to charge our phones, and the TV doesn't even have a remote to control the volume.So you need to get up to change the volume on the tv. Overall had to be the worst stay I have ever had.

The room was spotless, you could also see where it had been updated not that long ago. Check in was very smooth. There was nothing to negative about our stay.
