キッチンではコーヒーとティーが飲めるですが、どのコーヒーとティーを飲んでいいかわからないでした。フォークスプーンナイフ皿は使いやすかったです。冷蔵庫は大きいので買物を入れておけます。 部屋のベッドは大きくて良いです。タオルも大小ありました。デスクやライト、クローゼットにハンガーもありました。使い勝手はいいです。

ベッドはクイーンサイズでゆったりと眠れます。洗濯して乾燥機を使えます。

Very cozy

Great host and location!

Easy to check in, but there’s also no toilet paper, the bathroom is filthy, and there’s dog or human hair on the floor of my room :( The house (when you’re pulling suitcases) is definitely not around the subway, and more than a 15min walk. Comfy bed but walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear footstep, and other people in the house were walking about and talking at gone 3am in the morning.

Good for a solo, short and cheap stay.

I did not sleep where I booked because the friendy lady to whom I talked in the phone moved me to another place not far away which was okay with me. The room was small but really nice with two big windows and it was clean. The kitchen lies across the hall and was a bit dirty. The sink and the fridge were extremely dirty. The toilet was across the hall, too and okay. I didn't use the shower next door because it was dirty. My room was very cold but the bed was warm and comfortable. Alltogether I must say that it's a beautiful building but it needs a lot more attention.

The place was clean. The host was lovely too. The internet was a bit weak in my room.

The property manager/owner was really good with communication and seemed quite nice. My biggest issue was the constant smell of heavy weed and cigarettes throughout the property. I think one of the tenants was constantly smoking all around. It gave me severe headache . I don’t smoke or drink personally, but I have no problems with people doing it however the person who was smoking weed was doing it so much and this scent was so strong that right as you open your door it just hits you in the face anytime any day. They also had a severe case of coughing problems and a couple of nights he would cough throughout the entire night right outside my window. It really made sleeping a big problem. I was there in Toronto for an exam however I couldn’t study at all due to this. Also, the flooring right outside my room seemed kind of hollow and it would make very loud noise with the tiniest of steps. The washroom was tinier than I thought however it was well stocked with toilet paper 👍. I know that the property doesn’t offer any breakfast, but I thought there would at least be some kind of beverage options but I think I saw moulded coffee filter in one of the coffee makers so I steered away from that. the kitchen floor was very oily for some reason, even though the property manager Cleaned it well.I can see her effort in cleaning but these were the things that I had to see and live with for a few days. I wish them the best of luck and it was truly a pleasure to meet her.

I dont like the taxes and additional fee on top of the basic amount, it was ok for one night, but not 1 cup, and only a towel, no facecloths ..

I didn’t feel safe at this property. I reached out to the owner expressing that I didn’t feel safe and that I would not be staying. I asked for a refund and he said to contact Expedia and ask for a refund.

I needed somewhere to sleep at night during a weekend visiting Toronto. Bed was great, sheets were clean and starched, bathroom was always available. Shower curtain had some mildew on it but should be easily replaced.

The owners are very kind and considerate. There's a washing machine and dryer, and overall a simple and convenient experience.
