チェックインしたかったのに時間が遅いからってチェックインさせてもらえなかった

Had a very good experience, lovely room and space with everything. Very close to everything. Good communication with the staff. Requested a room with no height as do not like height, they ensured they gave me what I requested. Their communication for check in was good and great. Thank you for hosting me.

Everything is great. Location is so convenient since it’s located Downtown. Stores, shopping mall, and transportation. The only complaint might want to replace the pots and pans for cooking. The owner and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend staying here. The next time I’m going to stay here again when I’m in Toronto 👍❤️

What could be improved is cleanliness cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Otherwise I had a good stay.

We stayed at RS suites for one night. Our condo was clean and tidy and the checkin process was very easy. A little disappointing in the lack of some amenities such as tissues and paper towels for the kitchen. We were planning on cooking our dinner but had a hard time preparing some items as the knives were all dull, which would not really be a problem if the sharpener wasn’t missing. The rest of the cooking and washroom amenities were otherwise ok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the night but staying for a longer duration may prove to be a challenge.

Very efficient service, check in was easy to navigate. Place was clean and the city view was amazing from the balcony. For guests coming in the near future, there is a 24 hour parking lot adjacent to this building if you require overnight parking.

Great location and great condo on a high level, thought, not much of a city view but still had a good view. The condo was clean with nice furniture and amenities. Walking distance to everything with public transportation stops at buildings entrance. Did have a problem with the WiFi which was quickly sorted out by host. Minor discrepancy with check in time. Expedia site has it listed as 4pm but I was informed it’s actually 5pm. Otherwise, clear instructions, very helpful and responsive service.

This was a nice studio apartment, that had full kitchen and en-suite laundry.

Everything was great amazing stuff, only thing I recommend is the update the paint I've noticed a few scruff marks but other than that everything was amazing

was cheap but***** required to make electronic payments outside of our platform which is explicitly forbidden Demeaning remote lock system in a scary filthy basement to get into apartment, was needlessly confusing and was not described before booking Tried to add on another night and communication was inconsistent, hard to understand and I ultimately decided to leave and not extend my stay. They also demanded a deposit which I think was not supposed to happen but I had no other choice as I needed this place to stay and no time to wait for a response to address it with expedia :(

While this type of stay for me was new I can’t say enough. The detailed communication, instructions and follow up was very on point. Room is clean and everything is as advertised.

Location was convenient. BUT: i was given the wrong info by email on how to find the locker containing my key. Resulted in me wasting 40min of my time searching for the locker in the wrong row. Then called, they gave the correct one. Still needed the help from kind receptionist on how to open it. Overall the place was clean. Door of closet was broken but i didn't need it. Did not use the washing machine but i had one. Area is funny, if you walk west, you get to malls and restaurants. If going south and east, homeless in tents. Don't be surprised, it can happen in various places in Toronto. There was a groceries/food store not far and i found a luggage locker spot which i needed on my last day as my flight was late and still wanted to do things after check out.

Great spot, easy access to everything in walking distance, clean quit only one thing I could suggest would be to add a second mirror outside the bathroom for people that are not staying solo. Great value for the money. Thank you for hosting us
