チェックインしたかったのに時間が遅いからってチェックインさせてもらえなかった

The location is perfect! Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable and excellent value. I would stay here again and definitely recommend! (Shower pressure is amazing!)

Parfait

My stay here overall was quite good. The room was clean and had everything I could have needed for a comfortable stay. My only complaint would be that the main doors at 251 Jarvis are not currently open (Jan 31/26) and therefore you have to access the building through an entrance on Dundas and walk through a long, cold back hallway to get to the elevators. Once there there was only 1-2 high rise elevators working at once and therefore you may have to wait as long as 15 minutes to get on the elevator.

The payment situation was a little confusing but the actual stay was more than OK. Good location just a quick walk to Eaton Center, and check-in process was easy. Room itself was clean and exactly what it said it would look like.

Smooth check-in. Little problem with the heating system. Hard to keep the appartment warm because of the huge draft of air coming from the door frame. Easy fixable.

The apartment was not as the pictures on website. No where to sit in room, only bed, one desk and chair. Floorboards kept moving as not layed properly, kept trpping. Area and building dodgy, was approached in the lift by a drunk trying to kiss me. The turnover rate of people in and out of building, and hanging out in lobby, I didn't feel safe. They charged me for a broken draw which was broken on arrival. The oven was dirty, could not use. The shower water was never hot. I feel very deceived! Not the apartment I expected. Would not recommend to anyone.

Everything was perfect, my kids and i live this stay. Definitely we coming back, 100% recommend

We had a great time. Room was exactly what we wanted and more. We will definitely stay here again.

La chambre était très propre. Tout était comme la description. Par contre les photos montrer ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avons eu. La chambre devrais être à part alors qu’elle était dans la cuisine…

Communication and more professional way to send documents. I was told to send through WhatsApp, which I do not have nor do I plan to. Eventually, the person I dealt with allowed me to send via email, but only after they told me previously that outside of WhatsApp there is no other way to send documents. When I arrived there was issues with preliminary check in and it almost lead me to be without accommodations after traveling from out of country to get there. When I tried calling to get things straightened out I left a message and I got no call back. After calling from my wife's phone I got a call back immediately. Was not happy with the initial experience but things were better once check in was settled.

This place superceded my expectations...it was literally a luxury condo hiddenkn a busy snowy city.Highly recommend if you dont mind getting your own meals.Glad I found this gem of a place.

Everything was good except the mattress was hard as a rock. The sheets also didn't smell clean. Otherwise, everything else was great for the price.

Except dryer which was out of order, i am simple traveller. Was perfect stay

Had a problem with the toilet tank not refilling. Staff did absolutely nothing in the two days I was there. Could not use the toilet.

Check in was easy and place was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

The room l reserved was exactly as expected, i love everything about the place.

I liked the mattress they had in front of the bed. Very cute and cozy apartment

Room was clean hotel was clean everything was clean only giving 4 stars because the part of town I did not realize that it’s crime in that area is insane and sirens are going 24/7
