高速道路を降りてすぐで　便利。 部屋の前に駐車出来るので、荷物の上げ下ろしが楽。 小さいモーテルでも温水プールがあった。

Parking was great and right outside our room. Didn’t use kitchen but was well stocked and appliances in good condition. Staff were great.

During my recent visit, I encountered a cleaning staff member who was engaged in a personal phone call while on duty. Unfortunately, they did not acknowledge my presence or offer any form of greeting as I passed by. This lack of attentiveness created an impression of disengagement and diminished the welcoming atmosphere typically expected in a guest-facing environment. While I understand that staff may occasionally need to take calls, it's important that guest interactions remain a priority. A simple nod or verbal acknowledgment would have gone a long way in maintaining a courteous and professional standard. I hope this feedback helps reinforce the importance of guest engagement and professionalism among all team members.

Room given was beside the laundry. 9 oclock at night the management decided tobturn the dryers on and yhe noise vibrated into the room. Woke me from my sleep. On the other hand it is a great stay.

Rented here for kids tournament looking forward to the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was drained and broken, towels were covered in rust or some other red stains

They dont clean rooms on the weekend for staying guests. They have a room for breakfast but no breakfast. They lock the room door with the ice machine at 10pm. There no smoking signs everywhere. But the restaurant on the property is great.

Room was clean and staff was friendly

They had us booked the following night for some reason. Our confirmation Email had the correct date. Nevertheless they found us a good room and there was no problem. A little noisy early in the morning with early risers starting their day.

The overall fantastic

I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Your website advertises a hot tub, and the hotel's website also promotes one. Our check-in experience was quite rude. Her mannerisms were aggressive and rude. I was told to 'scroll down to the fine print. ' I did so, and I saw the hot tub listed as an amenity. Additionally, we received a double bed instead of a queen. A man who is 6'4" and his wife do not fit comfortably in a double bed. The parking lot is decent, I guess. Every aspect of this hotel is deceiving and I am very disappointed.

The pool and hottub were out of order and that was the main reason why we wanted to stay there! Terrible check in, not friendly, room had a bad smell, no toilet paper, the towels had stains on them and the coffee pot was warm NOT hot.

Everything worked and it was quiet at night but needs an update badly. Soiled comforter, worn out bathtub, bring slippers.

The room was good for the price and it was clean for sure. Just a bit more light in the room would be a benefit.

Our 9 friends were in an RV park, so we needed to be close to enjoy our time with them for meals and socializing.

The property is a little shabby, pillows leave a lot to be desired, could have been cleaner.
