Room good condition but room was very crowded. Would not stay there again.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

I guess the place shuts down at 10 PM? Expedia let me book the room after 10 PM. I got there around 11:30 and no one was at the front desk. I ended up having to sleep in my truck. Someone did answer the phone, but I guess they weren’t on the property and didn’t try to come and check me in. Very frustrating experience, especially considering I had paid in full. Expedia did refund me, but what kind of a hotel closes their doors before midnight?

Staff are unreal / Rooms are clean

I made a booking based on room availability on Expedia. I called to indicate that i would be checking in late. At first the attendant picked up and said they were closed. I called a second time to let them know i had made the booking and needed to make check-in arrangements, they did not pick up the call and it went to voicemail. I called a third time upon arrival and no one answered the phone and no one was at the front desk (office was locked). I had to drive down the street to get a room for the night after paying for a room at the Sahara. Horrible.

Visited in October 2025. Good location. Fair price. Staff was very nice. Has a fitness centre for 1 person. Fully equipped. Really enjoyed it. Water in the pool was fully of leaves, sand and some dirt. Not pleasant to use. Has bugs in the room. We stayed for 2 nights from Oct 11-13. We stayed on room 130 (last room down the hallway on the left) with 2 beds, 1 in living room 1 in bed room. The room appears to be not occupied for a long time. There's dead mosquitoes on the bed of the living room. There is old stain on the bedroom bed, stain on the bathroom door, spider and spider web in the bathroom sink and spiders in the bath tub. Theres are also spider web on the outside of the front door. We ended up not sleeping or touching the living room bed and i cleaned the spider webs myself. Called room cleaning service in the morning, but the problems above were not taken care of. The cleaner only replaced used towel and changed the bedsheets in the bedroom that we slept in. Stains/spider web/insect bodies were not removed. Second night while i was resting in my bed in the bedroom, a larger insect crawled over my leg. Hygiene is way below my expectations.

Clean rooms

Quick checkin. Clean amd small room but comfortable

Halloween themed room without us asking for it… Spider Webs, mosquitoes flying around the room, chair having some stains and cuts that resemble torture chamber. Zero noise insulation in the room so you get to hear everything that is happening around you. Cherry on top was horrendously uncomfortable mattress that completed the stay experience. If you are considering this place, just do yourself a favour, spend additional $10-20 and get any other place around there.

Very helpful, nice attentive staff

The bed is comfy - so, that's good. Swimming pool is good for a dip and some short length swim. Room floor is dirty - took my shoes off to go shower and the underside of my feet is blacken - obviously not mopped. The sink's tap fitting is loose. The shower curtain is dirty. It doesn't go all way down to floor (it's a shower stall) and bathroom floor gets wet. The TV remote is sticky. And of course, the advertised picture is not like what I expected to get.

Easy check-in and staff very obliging. The room was small but everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Financially viable for us and pet friendly. We would return.

Garbage lying on the ground and for 2 days nobody of the staff picked up also my person next to me had to move a dirty garbage can full with for garbage temperature 31C Big smell

The first night in our hotel room, the air conditioner made a loud noise every 30 seconds. We ended up turning it off and opening the cracked/taped window for fresh air. Which was ok until other guests parked right outside our room left at 6:00am. We went to the desk in the morning to request to be moved to another room. They ended up installing a new air conditioner. Thank you for that. The rooms were clean. The property does need some some upgrading as it is an older property. Lounge chairs around the pool were torn. There was a hole in our bathroom wall that had what looked like kleenex stuffed in it. As they are going into their Off season, now would be a good time for them to do some work.

Great value for the money. Very comfortable rooms.
