Room was clean, beds comfortable. What we weren’t expecting was how close we were to the train tracks and the midnight and 4am train. The ear plugs that were provided came in handy.

Good looking room, had a treat bag to welcome my dogs and a doggy bag which was a nice touch.

Wondered why we were provided with complementary ear plugs but then discovered that our room was close to an adjacent railway track.

One bedroom suite has ac that is 2’ away and blasts in your face. As well I tried to order room service breakfast from the Denny’s downstairs and could not get an answer on the phone for over 30 minutes. Overall disappointing stay.

I didn’t like the fact that I got charged for a room with a king bed and it should’ve been cheaper because they gave me a room with two beds so I expect some money other wise the room was k

The bed was comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the shower was amazing (walk-in).

We stayed here for three nights hotel was clean & staff were very nice especially at check out girl name Gurleen was very helpful cuz we had one issue & she solved it very quickly by calling her manager. Danny’s restaurant is very convenient and Earl’s is next door. So overall we had pleasant stay. If on main floor all the rooms can have rubber seal strip that can help for hallways noise & there is no chance any bugs to come inside the room from outside.

Therewere 2 small black spots in the shower when I arrived. The next night, there was a black bug in the shower.

I appreciate how friendly the staff is every time that we come. The ample parking on the property is helpful for pickup trucks. The rooms are clean, and modernized.

Room was clean, bed comfy and shower was nice. Air conditioner didn't work room was way too hot

Hotel is downtown with lots to do near by. The Bar inside was nice with good food. Parking is plenty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bad: the train runs right next to the hotel. At 6am we got woken up. Every day. The beds and pillows were terrible and uncomfortable. Our group had terrible sleep all week. The Denny restruaunt inside the hotel was terrible. My Grand slam breakfast was gross and I had to Grand slam it out on the toilet an hour later. Quality of everything we ate was terrible. Hotel gets a 2/5.
