Great friendly check-in. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and too soft for comfort.

The manager and staff were phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about them! They were very accommodating with my requests.
The room itself was a decent spot to sleep and had a reasonable selection of tv channels and a few comfort items like microwave/mini fridge/coffee maker.
The bathroom could use maintenance as there was staining and peeling, door didn't latch closed, light flickers and crackles, and the toilet barely flushed.

I was very disappointed in our stay. When we got into our room it was so dirty there was soap scum from the stay prior to us coffee rings from a cup that wasn’t cleaned the tub was awful. When I pulled back the sheet they were dirty hair and gross stains I had to go ask for new blankets . The guy was nice and apologized but still doesn’t help how gross it was.
