Ctrain のすぐそばでとても便利。カルガリータワーや街の中心地に行くのにCtrainの無料ゾーンなのもポイント高いです。

8月１日から4泊しました♪ 一度も室内清掃、タオル、シーツ交換、ごみ収集がなかったのは、エコ対策かコロナ対策か分かりませんが、どこにも説明書もなくチェックインの時の説明もなく、若干戸惑いました。今日は交換されているだろう〜と…。聞けばいいんですけどね。

Street trams are very noisy even on the tenth floor.

The location is good as is the price. The bed was horribly soft, and the walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors through the night. The a/c also didn’t seem to have a medium setting - it was either arctic or hot.

Convienient parking, clean, quiet

Did not have good air conditioning in the room. Very hot and could not sleep well. Reported to front desk. Confusion about whether service had been in or not. Setting changed but still not working well the second night. Reported as we checked out but front desk person made no notes to follow up. Just said sorry about that.

Nice property, right in the heart of downtown Calgary. Close to the C-train, but quiet in the rooms. Very easy check, excellent staff and very helpful in every way! Stayed here many times, and we will be back!

The transit system can keep you up at night. No guide on the tv.

Overall a good stay but the air conditioning did not work properly. Many ice machines were out of order and vending machines needed restocking.

Great room! Quick and efficient staff. They were quick to call when I forgot my tablet at check-out! The bathroom could use a fan though.

Good experience

Good location in downtown Calgary with easy walking access to the river, restaurants, etc. The room was clean and our floor was quiet (though note you can hear some rumbling from the nearby red line train).

Clean and great location

Arrived a little before check in time so maybe waited 10mins. Easy parking in underground garage. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and had microwave and refrigerator. Location is close to C-Train and in free transit area. Easy to get around town on foot. Indoor hot tub was nice too. Bed was 7/10, and limited counter space in bathroom. Would stay there again.

Underground parking is awkward getting in and out of, they are narrow low stalls, parking elevator doesn’t stop on every level.

The hotel is so nice with great amenities and restaurant/bar.

Not a great part of town. Lots of scary people right outside. Sink didn't drain properly. Nothing to drink in the room - not even a bottle of water. Corp lounge was terrible - only had bread and coffee.

There are only 7 parking stalls for full size trucks and they are often stolen by others. This is ridiculous as the only alternative is high cost parking lots. Our air conditioning never worked and it took 4 visits by maintenance (who repeatedly implied we were idiots) to install a noisy portable unit. Will not stay here again and may avoid the Sandman chain completely

Parking was an issue as we have an oversized vehicle. First night all the oversized parking was taken, but the front desk staff pointed us where we could park (extra charge). The next morning I went back down to the front desk and was given an oversized reserved parking spot. When we left, we returned to our spot occupied. Complained to the front desk and she allowed us another “reserved” spot. When we return again from picking our son up from football camp that spot had also been taken. That being said the front desk staff were amazing and I know the parking situation is beyond their control. We had a king/kitchenette suite as well as a king room w/sofa bed which accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. My husband and I both commented how awesome the layout in the king suite was.
