Amazing communication and amazing location with great view! Also found my phone, thank you!

This was a beautiful unit, very very clean and well kept. Very easy process with booking.

Location was great and communication about the stay was efficient. The suite was spacious and had amazing views of the CN Tower. It would have been great if it had been clean. There was a layer of dust on all the baseboards and the headboards and under the bed looked as though it had never been vacuumed. The walls and doors were covered in marks and either needed a deep clean or a painting.

It was not clear to me when I booked that that was in fact, a private apartment and probably rented quite a bit on a short-term basis. Therefore, I was taken aback when I arrived and didn't realize that I needed a door-code to access it. However, they answered the phone promptly and granted me access so no complaints with their friendly service there. The apartment itself had been "cleaned" but just lightly. It looked like someone came in and gave it a wipe-down before the next guest but the hair on the floor, wet toilet seat, old shampoo bottles in the shower all detracted from the hotel-like atmosphere I was expecting. Towels and bedding were mediocre (I felt like I was borrowing a friend's apartment) and the blank spots on the walls where art either used to hang or never did contributed to the overall lack of warmth and blandness of the unit. The kitchen was nice, great appliances and comfortable, the TV was barely functional with ads popping up every few minutes on signing up for some internet service, I ended up turning it off eventually. Overall, it was very expensive for what you got, but it worked in a pinch and I probably wouldn't recommend it to someone else unless they were in a jam and nothing else was available - or the price was a LOT lower than what I paid.

I believe the unit has bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times.

Cleanliness throughout unit was good and linens were clean

The property had a pull-out couch but it was very uncomfortable and they did not have any blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. I had to call to get this delivered. The floor was also not in good condition. We also called to get help with the lights and the person said they would come by but they didn't.

The customer service was excellent and they were on top of everything. Check in was easy and they even took care of some additional items

DO NOT STAY HERE. They didn't provide the proper keys to the apartment, resulting in me being LOCKED OUT just before I had to give a presentation - I was in Toronto for work. Everything they do is shady - I had to fight to get my $300 deposit back from them. Avoid at all costs - they present themselves like a hotel but they're anything but.

Loved the view, and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with some clearer check-in information as when we arrived we were confused as to how to get into the property. All was sorted though. A very good stay!

Very clean, great location, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay again. Owners weren't very responsive -- never received check-in info, had difficulty contacting anyone with questions, and wouldn't let me leave my luggage anywhere after check-out. That aside, loved staying there and would absolutely stay again!

We got a great view of the city. The unit was very clean. It is in walking distance to everything thing. I was happy because I was on vacation with my family. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Fin leilighet i sentrum av Toronto. Leiligheten ligger i et boligkompleks. Det er en resepsjon i bygget, men den har ikke noe med Sarkar Suites å gjøre, så alle spørsmål må gå via telefon/ meldinger. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte, bortsett fra hårtørker. God standard på møbler og senger. Vår leilighet hadde en liten balkong. Ingen balkongmøbler, vi brukte kjøkkenstoler. Det er en bra matbutikk rett ved leiligheten. Ellers er det 5 minutter å gå til en stor shoppinggate, 15 minutter til stort shoppingsenter. 15 minutter til CN Tower. Det tilbys innendørs parkering i samme bygg. Ikke veldig lett å finne, spør om ordentlige instruksjoner. Det ligger en parkeringskjeller også i nabobygningen og den er lettere å se og derfor lett å ta feil der. Savnet et kart og bedre informasjon fra Sarkar Suites vedrørende parkeringen. De skal sende check in informasjon dagen før innsjekk. Den måtte jeg etterlyse. Men ellers gikk innsjekk greit.

This was our first stay in this Suite and we would definitely like to come again. Clean and nicely furnished room with a very good bathroom and a fantastic view on the city, a nice restaurant nearby with very good food (and we travel a lot). Also, we were positively surprised about the very good soundproofing as we didn't notice any traffic noise despite being in the middle of the city.

The manager was very helpful by answering our calls immediately whenever we needed something. He helped us find the parking garage & getting into the building. He provided us with great advice as it was our first time staying in Toronto. The room was clean and had great amenities! We also had a fantastic view of the city! We would recommend this facility to anyone!

I was in Toronto to attend few meetings and stayed in a business suite. There are many cool restaurants, bar and clubs.

The neighbor hood is safe. The unit was big enough for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfy and the view was unbeatable.

The suite was sparkling clean. Fast wifi, good view and spacious.

The place was clean but communication was tough - texting someone is hardly professional. The AC turned off every two hours making it extremely hot and the shades were hardly adequate. This place is not worth the money, stay in somewhere more professional.
