Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and positive.

What an amazing hotel. So unique. Has all the fun little things that make the stay enjoyable. It's now in my top 5 hotels Ive stayed at. And I have stayed a lot through work. Highly recommend

Everything was fine.

Clean, spacious rooms and good continental breakfast. I didn't see a blow dryer in the room but there was a coffee pot which was nice.

Check in was very helpful when my card wouldnt work!

Daughter was disappointed the slide wasn’t open. Bored in the pool. Got woken up early on Sunday morning by a bunch of kids playing hockey in the hallway against all the doors. Called the front desk and they were up there immediately and sent them all back to their rooms.

Breakfast was good. The staff at this establishment were phenomenal. Every person I came across that was there was kind, helpful and understanding. I will definitely be staying there again

Room hard dirty Dover cover so we had to change rooms- and staff was very accommodating about it. At check-in I ask for details on their fees. Front desk staff assured me there would be no DMF and I even looked at the invoice they had. On check out the fee was there. I tried to decline it as is my right, but staff said only the manager could help me with it when she came in later that day. When I called back later I was told that the manager was on vacation until Jan 5th. I am frustrated by the DMF and the gaslighting to ignore the problem. I’m waiting to see what happens on Jan 5th.

I've had to abbreviate this review to keep it under 1500 characters, so there is much more to our experience I'm unable to share. On our first morning, I realized that I hadn't packed toothbrushes for my kids. My husband was taking them down for breakfast anyway, so I asked him to ask the front desk for two toothbrushes. He returned to the room with two unwrapped and mismatched toothbrushes. It struck me as a bit odd, but I was preoccupied with getting the family ready for a wedding that three of us were in, so I didn't pause to look closer. It wasn't until my husband went to give the toothbrushes to the kids that he noticed they also looked used. And then, when he looked at the handles, saw that one had "Toilet" written on it in black marker. We were absolutely horrified and disgusted. We were extremely tight on time due to the wedding, so I didn't go to the front desk right away, thinking I'd go down later in the day. However, by the end of the day, we were exhausted and I couldn't handle the thought of another night in this hotel, so we threw our things in the vehicle and just drove the 3.5 hours home to our own clean beds, floors, and toiletries (the floors were also very dirty in our rooms). I fully realize this is something I should have immediately gone to the front desk about. However, due to being overwhelmed by extremely busy day, I didn't. I have attempted to communicate and given opportunity for the hotel to respond, and have heard nothing back for 9 days.
