クラブルームに2泊 期待通りの清潔で新しく機能的な内装。 ベッドサイドやソファなど、至るところにコンセントやUSBポートがありました。 ソファーや、電子レンジが部屋にあったので重宝しました。窓からの眺めは良好で、遠くに山並みが見えて期待通りでした。 バスルームにバスタブがないのだけが残念でしたが、お湯の出は申し分なかったので不満にはなりませんでした。（使いませんでしたがヒーターもついてました！） 周辺にはセブンイレブン、ウォルマート、ティムホートンがありました。

The more you pay the less you get! No tea/coffee in reception, parking $16 in the burbs!! Staff could not care less and the dining options a complete rip off! Room was clean and the place was pretty quiet. But whole place was showing signs of needing an update. If it were not for the fact my son was attending an event there following day we'd have stayed at Holiday Inn Express as usual. Everything included there including breakfast! Sheraton breakfast sandwich $25! Happy Jacks cafe 90 seconds walk away $5!!

The restaurant manager was less than cordial! Since I've stayed at the same hotel in the past, I was very disappointed in the buffet breakfast; et al, limited menu items, and it took too long to replace food items that was empty. My last stay was in October '25...what has changed?

The hotel demonstrated a significantly inadequate visitor policy. At the time of check-in, I was not informed that visitors were restricted from entering the property after 11:00 p.m. During my stay, my business partner attempted to visit me; however, the security guard denied them entry and interacted with them in an impolite, confrontational, and highly unprofessional manner. My visitors later informed me of the incident, explaining that the security guard’s behavior was exceptionally rude. As a result, I addressed this concern with the hotel management and inquired whether the staff had received sufficient training regarding professional conduct and guest relations. Furthermore, the conduct of the security personnel was particularly troubling. I strongly recommend that the hotel implement enhanced training protocols or consider hiring more qualified and professionally trained staff to ensure a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and their visitors.
