We tried this one in HH because we always use the other hotel but it's clear this place caters to just working guys passing through the cabinetry wasn't finished it's in need of basic repair, out toilet seat was broken and so was the door stop in the bathroom resulting in sharp edges, the pain was peeling in our unit and the backs of cabinetry was just slapped together. The outside was littered with used auto parts and boxes, I just feel like they could do better. The staff was friendly enough for sure.

Bed wasn't great, but the rest was excellent. Quiet, clean, friendly and comfortable!

When I was checking in I saw one guy who was staying for 4 days complaining about no hot water in his room. I thought it would be bad luck but even in my room there was no hot water at all. Despite complaining the reception guy was just nodding, like he doesn’t care at all. He say he will look into it but he for sure didn’t. There was a line up at the counter but he was just wandering outside in parking lot. Too careless staff. As if they knew the problem existed but didn’t bother to let people know about this. Damn cheap staff and owner who doesn’t care about repairing building heater. Won’t Stay here for sure again.

Breakfast was pretty bad the rest

The rooms weren’t very clean. The main surfaces like the sink, shower and counters were clean but walls were dirty and kitchen pots were old and worn.

Hot tub did not work. The continental breakfast could have been much better. The staff were very friendly and approachable, room was comfortable.

There was a problem locking our room door and our toilet would not stop running. We were offered another room by the helpful staff.

Would never recommend, dirty, worn, beds poorly made, dust everywhere in room and public areas. Breakfast sandwiches with eggs and meat just sitting out on cupboard, not refrigerated while breakfast hours are on. Front desk staff not personable, don’t care they have made a dollar on client and that seems all that matters.

The room wasn’t the same type of room I reserved. Both light fixtures in the ceiling of the main area had at least 12+ dead flies/bees/wasps or whatever they were in them. The cold water tap in the kitchenette didn’t work. The original microwave with the range for the cook top was broken and instead of replacing it or removing it there was a second microwave on top of the desk that took longer to heat food than normal and the turn table in it was broken. Both sheer curtains had huge rips in them making them unusable so it was either blackout curtains or none. The shower curtain was ripped. There was a mouldy smelling scrub sponge for washing our dishes…I threw it out and asked for clean dish clothes. We had to get our key cards fixed three days in a row….i also heard someone at the counter asking to get theirs fixed saying they had to have it fixed the day before as well. No recycle bins in the rooms. The hot tub was empty. Some random guest in an elevator asked if there was anything broken or wrong with our room because they had heard from a lot of people that they all had things broken in their rooms. I told him about the cold water tap not working and he told me there is no toilet seat in his room. This place is a dump. Only good thing is the staff were nice and friendly.

The guys at front desk were awesome. The restaurant in town closed early after our hockey game and buddy let us have a night breakfast.
