室内はきれいで朝食もおいしかった。また機会があれば利用したい。

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and friendly. Self-parking great. Breakfast was a simple continental meal. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

I strongly recommend

Staff at check-in caused us to wait for about 30 minutes. As he was trying to help people check in, he was also answering the phones and helping people there, too. Very unprofessional to be waiting on someone, then ask them to wait while you sort something else out for 5-10 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of us, and he did this at least 3 or 4 times. Frustrating.

Bel accueil, bien propre. Petit déjeuner manqué un peu de variétés mais sinon c’était parfait 👌

Clean room and friendly, helpful staff!

Our stay at Spark by Hilton Brossard was wonderful. We were there for Grand Prix weekend. The price was more reasonable than downtown and the access to public transit was fantastic. We were a few minute walk away from a public transit hub with access to both bus and light rail and easy transport into downtown Montreal and the race track. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Their attention to details made you feel as if you were a VIP. It has been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel that still made the beds everyday. If we are ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Room was clean and met expectations

The service of all staff is excellent. The 24 hours laundry service is very convenient.

Considering the price,the hotel is excellent.

First morning there the water was completely turned off and hotel staff had no idea how to address it. The morning after that when the water was on, then the hard boiled eggs (packaged individually which would have been ideal) were rotten. Opened several more… all bad. The woman on staff went to get an entirely new box… also… rotten. So they must have been left out. Not good!

My only issue was the parking situation was a little unfortunate - hotel shares a lot with a restaurant so no parking out front of the hotel you need to park around back.

The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. We will not be staying there again because there is no soundproofing and can hear people talk in the hallway from your bed and people walking upstairs. We were also quite disappointed to find out the television was not a smart tv. No capacity to watch anything other than standard local channels. No Netflix, Crave, Firestick capacity. Not what we expected from Hilton.

We enjoy our stay at Spark hotel.
