Lovely staff. Dated and small room.

Toilet in room 305 needs the insides replaced as the toilet was running. Had to go x it so toilet could fill up. Also the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The staff were fine

Hotel had great view of harbour but restaurant was hidden in back with no view.

Close to the ferry

Beautiful view from my room overlooking the bay. Easy access to ferry terminal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious.

Nice place!

A/C unit would not work. Staff were very friendly but unfortunately they were so understaffed nothing could be done to fix it. Rooms were also sold out. The lady behind the counter and kitchen staff were great Rooms were clean, restaurant closes early if you arrive late.

Ideal location for ferry arrivals and departures

Check in was supposed to be 4:00. We didn’t get in until closer to 5:00 due to lack of housekeepers.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing restaurant, lots of choice, very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Room amenities were lacking. Room was clean and comfortable. Good laundry facilities for guests. Meals were good but very slow service in receiving them. Overall a good basic hotel.

The property was a very convenient place as we were getting the ferry the next morning. The check-in line was quite long (as a ferry had just unloaded), but the two staff at the counter were very efficient and it didn’t take long. Our only issue was with the restaurant. There was one server who was rude when we arrived and threw our cutlery and menus on the table when we were seated. Luckily, another server served us for the remainder of the meal and she was much nicer.

Nice view of the waterfront. The restaurant is very good.
