Bonjour, équipement cuisine cassé, une lampe de chevet sur 2 ne marchait pas, pas de lumière dans le cagibi, terrasse non nettoyée envahie de mégot, la hotte très sale et l'abattant WC cassé.

I loved the location!! I didn't like the size of.the unit/very small for my friend and I. Tnere was no washer or dryer. We had this at the last Montcalm unit we stayed at. Not happy we had 1 towel each for 5 days.

the bed was inj terrible condition. unable to sleep. I canceled the 2nd. night.

The location itself was fantastic. In the heart of The Village, perfect access to a ton of food, the metro, and entertainment. Unfortunately, it feels like they went as minimal as they could in accommodations. The second bedroom bed was propped up on particle board and missing the fitted sheet. So we started out on a dirty mattress cover. The AC barely reached beyond the living room, and this was during a heatwave. So it was near impossible to sleep in either of the bedrooms. The coffee machine had someone’s old, used, coffee filter and grounds in it, which were moldy. There was no toilet paper either. The only saving grace was the responsiveness and friendliness of the property manager, but it’s hard to make up for all of those things as a first impression.

C'etais bien sauf pour le balcon dehors a l'exterieur! Il.avait un pigeon de mort et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le balcon et un peu d'epoussetage ne ferais pas de tord a l'interieur! Pas sur d'y retourner

It's a cute place with a lovely private terrasse. But, I went there during the day to find a quiet place to work while I'm doing renovations at my house, and I heard the neigbours through the walls. The studio was very clean.

Was very satisfied with my stay, comfortable living conditions and responsible owners. Granted outside the complex housed some spiders which made getting in and out a bit inconvenient but thats expected in the summer time and did not ruin my stay - I doubt this will be an issue during other seasons. My only complaints are the WiFi (it works but often bugs out) and the kitchen utensils (many are provided but say a cooking tray you'll have to acquire one) so if you plan to stay longer than four days be prepared Overall my stay was positive and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Montreal and It's close to all amenities (restaurants, grocery/ convenient stores, metro). It doesn't have everything but it excels in what it does.

Bon emplacement, plutôt calme en février. Chauffage efficace.

Great location with convenient walking and transit access to the downtown core and old port, depending on your travel plans. Very warm, welcoming space with everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. Although the bathroom in particular is a little older, loved everything about the apartment. Might generally be prone to getting a bit cold in the space, but each room was equipped with heating so that it was never a problem. Would highly recommend a stay!

Very close to everything a tourist wants! From coffee, food, foot rubs (reflexology) and the Festival on the Island.

L’emplacement, l’accommodement du propriétaire pour le stationnement et petit appartement parfait pour la famille. Point faible besoin d’un petit coup d’amour et pour la vaisselle elle est vieille et il y en a pas assez pour le nombre de personnes que l’endroit peut accueillir
