We could use parking at the hotel till 4pm even after checkout. It was very helpful!

The slopes are right on the doorstep. I booked a room with a view of the slopes. The restaurant outside is loud and noisy like a disco until around 10pm. I thought this was typical of Whistler too. If you want a quiet stay, it is better to choose a hotel far from the slopes.

屋上のバスは予約制で、到着日は全て埋まっていた。チェックインの時に施設についての説明は駐車場以外に無かった。部屋にも施設の説明書は見当たらなかった。翌朝の9時から屋上バスの予約開始するので、11時のチェックインまで予約すれば入れると言われたのに行ったら、11時までメンテと言われて結局入れなかった。部屋は快適でした。

新しいホテルではありませんが、清潔でメンテナンスが行き届いています。ホテルスタッフもフレンドリーです。 何より立地が最高で、ウィスラー 山にもブロッコム山にもゴンドラでアクセスできます。街の中心にあるので、毎日ふらっとビレッジでウィンドウショッピングをしました。 またウィスラー に来る時は、ぜひこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

Roof hot tub

Best location in the village, 2 mins walk to the gondola, and staffs are extremely friendly!

Amazing room…we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, and we were wishing we had been able to stay longer than only one night.

Great location right at the start of the “Whistler Stroll” that takes you through the village. I saw a few comments around older rooms but that didn’t detract at all in my opinion. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well laid out, we stayed in the two room valley view suite in mid November 2025. Reception staff were absolutely unreal, with a huge shout out to Rachel. Could not have been more helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do right down to calling a few restaurants to see if she could get us on the waiting list, hearing it was our anniversary and sending up a bottle of red and personal message about 5 mins after we got to our room, way above and beyond! Roof top hot tub is brilliant and can be booked in half hour sessions so you have complete privacy. Will absolutely stay again.

Awesome Hotel

Really wonderful staff who were friendly and super accomodating. Went out of their way to make sure me and my mother were happy. And the fireplace and mountain views make for an extra nice touch.

Everything was amazing. The room was lovely and looked over mountains and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff was so knowledgeable about the area and had suggested excellent spots for trekking, hiking and food! They were also very friendly and accommodating.

I had a few questions about my room and they always replied so quickly! When I was booking, I commented that the stay was for my husband's birthday - and the manager came by with a gift and a card. They were so nice! The tub was squeaky clean as was the entire deck. The tub inside the bathroom was also very large. The view was fantastic and while we could hear music from the surrounding bars, it wasn't very loud at all. We didn't need the complimentary ear plugs. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and a full size fridge. Useful to us as we ended up with a fair amount of leftovers. All in all, a fantastic stay. Will be coming back!
