Paper thin walls. People running around after midnight. Washroom toilet wakes you up. Don’t stay in room 103.

Friendly staff

Hot tub was out of order and i was not let know. Wifi was horrible. Tv kept freezing. Phone in room did not work. Bed was broken and lumpy. Entire hotel was rundown and neglected. Staff didnt seem to care, just suggested i stay somewhere else.

Room was nice but very uncomfortable bed & cheap pillows, Please send me a receipt for my stay. Thanks, Rod

Hotel canceled reservation stated no pet room available

The bathtub had fuzzy mold in the corner. It was okay but not the best. It’s a so-so place to stay. There was an unexpected fee that I wasn’t told about. That I couldn’t really afford it to get it back in 4-5 business days.

the room, staff, breakfast, pool, and amenities were all fantastic.

Needs updating overhaul. Staff helpful. Bedding clean, but not ironed. worth the room cost.

Clean enough ,cexcept the pool ring around of dirt and Hot tub wasnt working, both need a ckeaning.

Got to hotel and nobody at the desk. I rang the bell and called the hotel itself and no answer. Then I went on chat with Expedia and told then we couldn’t check in as there was nobody there to help us. Finally I rang the bell hard several times and a girl came obviously she had been sleeping in the breakfast room. This was 10:25 I got there and waited till 10:50 to finally get a room. The room was for disabled people. The bed had plastic under the sheet and mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. I told the morning staff when we checked out about nobody being there when we checked in after we had driven 10 hours from Edmonton. She said she would let the manager know of our problem checking in. I forgot to say anything about the bed. Morning staff was friendly and very nice both at desk and in the breakfast room.

The room was comfortable, workers were pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was provided, it was good. The bath towel is more like a hand towel, so if you like a towel to wrap around you after a shower I would bring your own. (It’s just a personal thought and my preference)

Great value for a 2-night stay in Brandon. Consistently friendly, clean and a decent breakfast make this our go to spot to visit family in the area. Pool is too small for me, but kids had a good time splashing around.

Room stunk. WiFi was terrible. Hot tub didnt work, just like last time we stayed. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

They were very helpful in our emergency situation by accommodating us because of our dog.

When we arrived we noticed a sign posted that the hot tub was not working. This specific amenity was the main purpose for us to get away. There was no manager on site for the front desk to get a hold of regarding this as I wanted a reduced rate for our stay due to this unavailable amenity. Although the front desk staff was friendly, it seemed she did not understand some of the questions we were asking. The room I booked online was for a king sized bed, we got a queen, and when I spoke to the front desk staff about the room she asked me who assigned my room (which I obviously had no control over). The front desk staff was accommodating and moved us to a room with a king bed, but needed the help from one of the cleaning staff to make the changeover in the system. I am not certain why the front desk was left to be by herself when she was new and also unable to contact the manager for any issues that arose. The carpets in the halls were very dirty. The breakfast hours are short but they had a decent variety. Although the dining staff was efficient in keeping the room clean, she was not very friendly. The cleaning staff we met throughout our stay gave nice smiles and were pleasant.
