Eggs were like rubber

Clean room. We were very late checking in but staff was understanding.

The gym was small but ok. The seat on the stationary bike was torn Room was stark, older furniture (the sofa looked like it had some stories to tell) and on the lighting was on the dark side. Maybe would have enjoyed one of their carpeted non-pet friendly rooms better…especially since I had not brought a pet :) Staff did their best to keep people happy. Very kind and friendly

Extremely disappointed in this stay. I felt like I was in a frat house. The hockey teams also staying in this hotel were extremely loud and disrespectful of others … I made multiple complaints to the front desk in regards to disturbances such as excessive noise, people knocking on my door and running away. The common areas were also being used for mini hockey games and garbage littered in the hallways.

We ordered a room with a pullout couch for the kids. The pullout couch was heavily blood stained with crumbs and debris inside when we ordered a cot it was left with the blankets all over the floor in the hallway we had to switch rooms and our access cards to our rooms kept malfunctioning.

I want to state that the rooms were clean, spacious, and well set up ( we had booked two rooms). The staff were polite. Our issue was that we were unable to sleep for two nights because the hotel was occupied by hockey teams participating in a tournament. who were unwilling to respect other guests right for rest and hotel staff unable to shut this down. The partying, as well as blatant underage drinking, went on until well past 2:30 am in the morning with nothing other than a text message sent out at 11:00 to state that this was now "quiet" time. When we politely asked the parents of these teams to shut the partying down on the second night, our request was mocked and ignored. We had a four month old baby in one of the rooms whose sleep was greatly disrupted as was ours. The hallways were littered with beer cans both mornings. When we shared our experience with the manager, we were met with sympathy and were assured that we would be contacted for a follow up by the General Manager. After a few follow up texts over this past week , we received a text message today stating that the GM didn't have time to reach out and a $30.00 refund would be granted. We are disappointed at this lack of follow up and respect for guests paying over $200.00 per night to not be able to sleep.

Offered a lot of choice for breakfast such as waffles, toasted bagels and cream cheese, eggs and sausages, yogurt, fruit, juice etc. Pleasant stay.

Quiet, clean with good breakfast options. On our second day I only knew housekeeping had been in when I noticed the fresh towels and soap. Ie the bed was not made. Though not a huge deal I would have liked the bed to have been made up.

IT WAS just adequate --the air quality and erratic heating/cooling were troubling.

Great stay between Midland and Penetanguishene. Right in between Sainte Marie asking the Hurons and Discovery Harbor

Checked in online night before. Arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon after a 7 hour drive and Was told my room wasn't ready and front staff had to check with housekeeping. At 2:40 she still hadn't heard from housekeeping and I was told I wasn't suppose to show up until 3 anyway. Front staff was rude and argumentative. Only to discover housekeeping staff were outside the front entrance smoking. We had mistaken them for guests. Not likely to stay there again. Too bad, it was such a convenient location.
