Disappointing breakfast, overall felt more like a motel We stayed for two nights. The front desk manager, Mr. Happy, was very polite and helpful, which we appreciated. The location was convenient and within a reasonable distance from Niagara Falls. The room was clean, but we were surprised to find no slippers, not even in the bathroom, and there was no bottle of water in the fridge. The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. It was advertised as a “continental breakfast,” but unfortunately it didn’t even match the quality of a basic breakfast from a local café. There was no cheese, no tomatoes, no fresh eggs, and no sandwich maker. The cafeteria itself was located in the basement and the tables were not clean, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Another issue was that the bathroom had no ventilation, which made it quite uncomfortable after showers. Overall, the property lacked the standard features of a typical hotel and felt more like a motel. We expected a bit more based on the description provided online.

Would not stay there ever again. Fridge and microwave weren’t plugged in so not operational to put our drinks in right away. My husband figured out the wiring and got it to work. Toilet doesn’t flush properly and plug for the hot tub broken. For the price we paid when we went NOT WORTH IT! Also breakfast is served in a basement that smells musky and damp. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere better.

Amazing price point walking distance to Clifton Hill. Very convenient. Cheaper parking fee compared to other hotels. Very great experience would go back.

The room pictures on-line do NOT match the actual room as the property does not meet its parent company standards, as this property is very old and shows its age.

I was checked-in very quickly and they even let me check in early. The room was renovated since the last time I was there. The room was clean and up to date. If I have to say one thing that needs to be worked upon is the exterior needs to be cosmetically approved. However, my stay was great and their Continental breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel to people that have a family and are on a budget.

Family suite was perfect for 4 golfers. Room was spacious with table and 4 chairs. Hotel is dated with maintenance issues - specific to our room - damage to floors, inadequate lighting, bathroom fixtures were in need of repair or replacement. Staff were excellent and rooms were clean. Great location in respect to downtown but area a little run down.

Excellent experience in the hotel. Nice room with this price. Clean bed and clean room.

The service was coutious and friendly. King bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was on the third floor facing the entrance, and I never heard a car or person the entire time I was in the room. Only minor complaint was the ice machine. Had to go into the basement to get it, and the ice container did not have the regular plastic bag. I will stay there again. It is convenient to where I want to travel while in Niagara, and the price was very good as well.

Room was not clean. Blanket and bed sheets were smely. The doors are not leaked proof.

The shower was so small, it was very difficult to shower. The WiFi was very spotty. No TV at all. Not even local channels. The elevator smelled terrible every time we got in it.

The rooms were space well equipped, lovely balcony, pool all was great
