フェリー乗り場から歩いて10分、ブッチャードガーデンへのバス停からも歩いて3分と便利なところにあります。 インテリアがステキで清潔なお部屋でした。ドライヤーがあったらもっとよかったです。

Nice big room with large bathroom. Amazing bed plus linen

really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful.

The host joe was very friendly and accommodating. Just know however, that you do not get fresh linens each day. When asked they were brought right up. We liked being away from Victoria and very quiet night.

Joe is a very good guy:) He was very accommodating to some changes to my plans.

bed was comfortable and bathroom large and roomy however new windows required as unable to open any window - all been painted shut except one which was missing ... no glass! Whole property was run down and needed money spendng on it. Breakfast was poor and breakfast table had dog hairs over it. In the property's favour, it was very close to the ferry terminal.

Its just a nice place . It could do with a TV in the lounge room.

The bed and pillows are comfortable. Joe (host) is friendly and helpful. Perfect for a stay to be foot passenger to ferries - about 15 minute walk. Nice pub about the same distance away. Continental breakfast in morning. Best tasting blackberry berries growing wild. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great location for quick access to Swartz Bay Ferry

Netter und günstiger Stop wenn man auf dem Weg vom Festland nach Victoria ist. Im Wesentlichen alles OK. Eine Tasse Kaffee und Muffins gab es morgens gratis, ansonsten muss man alles im PKW mit haben. In Laufweite gibt es eigentlich nichts außer der Fähre. Insofern sehr ruhig bis auf hupende LKW, die auf / oder von der Fähre wollen.

The overall feeling of the old farmhouse. And the huge room and bathroom. Was so lovely.

Second year that we’ve stayed here for several nights each year. This B&B is excellent value in a unique setting. Good location close to town, a marina, and the Swartz Bay ferry terminal. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The host Joe is excellent to deal with. We look forward to future stays at the Farm!

Tres jolie maison, pleine de potentiel mais tres peu entretenue. Le proprio a un chien qui vit dans la cuisine. Il y a des poils partout. La maison est sale et le lit de la chambre 3 est tres inconfortable. Joe est tres gentil et serviable mais ... La maison est tout pres du Ferry ce qui est fort pratique.

It is a farm location by the ferry terminal, but quiet and with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Great bed, pillows and washroom which made a great stay

Great location if you are catching a ferry, so close by.

My Mom and I stayed at this lovely place and were in awe!.....this was one of the highlights of her stay with me....we had such a beautiful room!!....awesome view and just so many more assets to this place, which we were unable to explore all, due to only staying for 1 day/night. So much beautiful energy to absorb at this BnB....Joe was such a wonderful and kind man who offered services during our stay...his dog Lulu had so much love to share : ) The main reason for our choosing this BnB was the closeness to the ferries and airport....and once we arrived, we then were more excited when we seen the room, as well as to find that there was an awesome restaurant, pretty much right next door!....for me, it felt nice not to have to travel into town for supper : ) I can't say enough about this place....and my Mom just loved it as well as I ..... Next time I will come back for no reason other than to spend more time to enjoy all the amenities this beautiful place has to offer....and to go back to the Stonehouse restaurant that Joe told us about!! Thanks again Joe and Lulu, Val and Helen : )

Place was well kept and the host Joe was very friendly and helpful. The Stonehouse Pub down the street was great also, good menu and food was bomb. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend for anyone viewing this property!
