Our stay was pleasant overall. The property itself was a bit dated, which was exactly as shown in the booking photos, so there were no surprises there. We appreciated the incredibly easy check-in and check-out process, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, which is always a top priority. My only wish would be for a coffee maker in the room for added convenience, but otherwise, we had a comfortable experience.

Booked this hotel 5 minutes from arriving. Staff was friendly. Property was older but amazingly renovated. Everything was spotless. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It had great water pressure!

Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the aircon unit was very noisy, so we slept with it off. The fridge barely worked and the freezer compartment was not working. Neither was the ice machine in the lobby so we had no way to keep our food cold for the onward journey.

Swiss Village Inn is a great pick for couples seeking a simple, affordable place to crash while exploring Golden’s natural beauty and nearby attractions. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and well-located for a romantic getaway. Families, however, might want to look elsewhere for more kid-oriented amenities. We’d stay here again for a quick couple’s trip

Convenient. It is the only hotel/ motel that I have ever stayed in that has not offered a coffee maker for morning coffee.

One of the most reasonably priced accommodations in the area! Although it's not a 4 star hotel with a continental breakfast . . . it is very clean, secure and a perfect place to lay your head down for 8 hrs as you drive through and enjoy the gorgeous Rocky Mountains!

Their Air condtioning was not working well. Informed to staff but no one come to fix. Staff was looks not friendly and they were not accepting the American Express cards but in their information they have written about accepting the American Express card. Front desk staff said american express is not good for our business only good for you as customer. Terrible
