Very central location but

We had no power and no expectation of power for most of the balance of my stay. I had to leave my booking at 10pm the second night. I need to have my second night refunded at least, and ideally another $200 of credit more due to the replacement booking in the area and the pain in the butt.

OK hotel but not worth the price. Convenient location but also sketchy area, especially the building next door. Room itself was very noisy, could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. Clean room

Just a fantastic place, great rooms, nice people

Check in was quick and easy, we arrived early and was happy to see that the room was ready, so early check in plus! Parking is right across the street from hotel, cute terrace and very nice bar and restaurant. Subway and shopping on Bloor just a block away. Would definitely come back.

Very convenient

Fantastic property!

When I arrived this property looked very uncomfortable and underwhelming compared to the images and considering the price I paid. The area was rough so we decided to checkout within a few minutes on the same day having seen the room and getting a feel for the place. I spoke to the manager Mackenzie who advised we can get a full refund if Expedia call them to authorise this. We had to use the phone in the room as Expedia were unable to connect to the main desk. I was told that we can check out and a refund would be processed so I left within the hour and checked in to another hotel thinking I would recover my money. I then noticed that only one out of two nights had been refunded by the hotel. I have tried to dispute this and ask for the full refund that I was told I would receive by the manger Mackenzie but this has since been denied. I was not told that they would hold back any money at any point which is dishonest. They since told Expedia that we stayed for a few hours which is a lie. I am hoping the hotel can refund the additional night as I checked out almost instantly due to discomfort and not feeling safe as a woman. Let’s see if the hotel can honour their word and refund the remaining balance .

Very convenient location. Front desk is very friendly. Room is quiet and clean. Cleaning service is great and on the daily basis
