We didn’t know that a portion of the hotel in under construction - but it didn’t matter. We had a great room and the water park was amazing for our kids. There are a lot of places within walking distance as well which we greatly appreciated.

We got to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. We loved everything about this place.

The hotel is going thru Reno’s but all was good

When we check in staff was very welcoming. They ask what are plans and told them we are taking our kids to Science centre staff was giving us free pass to centre but we have a yearly pass but appreciate the gesture. Definitely will check in again soon. Kids love that our room has balcony and have direct access to the pool area.

There was construction all over (renovations) which started at 730am. I wasn't aware there was any until we got to our floor and there was workers everywhere. 203.00$ seems steep for one night in the current state but my kid had fun in the pool area (although the pool is a bit small) Room was clean. Staff were very helpful with questions I had and just overall super polite.

We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was clean and smelled brand new, right off the side of the waterpark park. My little ones played right till 10 o’clock. Just before enjoying in our play we ordered room service! Food was excellent, an item on the menu for everyone in the family. Our stay was luxurious and so much fun. Wish we stayed longer. We only stayed the one night. I absolutely recommend small families to take their little ones on a little vacation at the atlas hotel! The pool was warm and clean, the hot tub was also amazing. The waterslides and waterpark were all in use and super fun! Definitely planning to come back!

Stayed at Atlas Hotel during construction and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff were upfront, super friendly, and everything was well managed and very clean. We brought our dog and they even provided a bed and bowl, which was a great touch. The construction crew was respectful and not disruptive at all. Waterslide was a huge win for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is as great. I would've nice to have a breakfast included but overall it was good. A lot of construction going on but we were aware of it before we booked.

Very disappointed with the hotel currently . It is under renovation which is fine however our room was in a hall and right next door to work areas. It started just after 7am and lasted all day which effected you go sleep. Also numerous instructions were not even saved. Stated no house keeping needed how ever they still tried to enter the room while changing . Also stated only wanted new towels daily in the afternoon but they came at 7 am. Numerous confused calls were made to our room regarding everything that was already gone over. Happened multiple times over a three day stay . Also the active construction zone in most of the hall and on both sides of room left a terrible mess and plastic hanging sheets in walkway that made passing through hard . Last time we stayed here it was a great experience however this time was very bad.

Woken up very early at 7am to give us towels when we told them we would like them in afternoon. Then very loud construction work right next to our room. Started before 7:30am. Most instructions were not followed and they kept calling us and house keeping tried to enter room when told we didn’t want it when we finally got to sleep after being woken up prior. Hall ways were full of construction debris and plastic draping that was almost tripping hazards.

Room was clean and kids loved the pool. Only complaint was the building was being renovated and nothing saying so until we arrived. I don’t think I would have booked knowing that. No discount on the stay was wild to me considering we had to walk through a construction site to get to our room.

Great rooms. Nice bar and restaurant. Easy parking

My son loves the pool. We got there at 245 and wish our room was ready though. Will be requesting an early check in next time. I had a very impatient toddler lol

Awesome staffs, clean and nice room, amazing pool and slides! We enjoyed our stay!
